We loved the fact that Suzanne has a very large, fully enclosed back yard for him to roam freely in. Also, Suzanne clearly takes the responsibility of caring for someone's else's pet (and family member) very seriously. She's extremely organized and professional, noting everything relative to the pet's well being, from allergies, sleep routines, diet, veterinarian and other emergency contact. When we need to find someone to take care of Chance in our absence, we will definitely go to Suzanne first.”

We unfortunately lost our pitbull a week prior to Zaylah's stay (that made it zaylah's first stay without her sister of 10 years) and she a complete wreck. Which made me a wreck knowing I had to leave her in such a state. But Monica helped her feel comfortable, helped her eat (which is one of the issues we were having with her) .
