About: We've been taking care of select dogs for many years for friends and family, knowing that dog owners tend to worry about their pets when they're away and want someone who understands that and will care for their pets as they would. we've always had dogs until recently, I also photograph dogs for fun. We often board a dog who has seizures and requires medication and have watched other unusual dogs including puppies and dogs still healing from surgery. For many years we volunteered at the local humane society. We have a fenced in yard that our late beagle mix of 18 years regularly tried to escape and repeatedly failed. Dogs in our home are considered guests and are treated as such. I currently work from home, so letting dogs out regularly and giving regular attention is no problem at all. I'm done with work in the afternoon which leaves me plenty of time to get dogs out for exercise and socializing. Dorothy, my wife, also has plenty of daytime open for play time and extra loving. I work from home and regularly take play breaks, Dorothy, my wife is home most days and offers lots of love. We try to get to the dog park now and then on the weekends. We have a modest fenced in back yard with a wooded lot behind us, I walk dogs regularly in several areas. We keep also keep a toybox full of dog toys :-)

About: I've been the animal girl for my entire life. I've worked in a spay/neuter clinic for almost a year before they had to close. They taught me a lot about proper animal handling and how to read animal body language for both cats and dogs. Now, I work in pet retail and I'm constantly learning new tips and trick on enrichment, training, nutrition, and more! In my free time, you can catch me researching proper pet husbandry, dog training videos, and working with my own dog. I'm working on starting my own dog business and this is the first step! My dog and I also participate in dog sports, hike multiple times a week, have daily training sessions, and organize pack walks once a week with out other dog friends. In my family, I'm the first to call if there's ever an animal problem or someone needs a sitter or advice. I've made it my life goal to help people and their pets. Currently, I'd love to get experience working with other dogs, and providing them with a fun outing! I love hiking, walking, and being outside and can't wait to bring your pup with! I currently work full time, but I'm free 7-11am or 4-9pm depending on the day. My schedule isn't set, but one of those time frames will be available daily. I am always willing to talk about scheduling and work something out! I am also willing to do visits before and after my shift. In my home, I have one very energetic Rough Collie, and 2 playful cats. They are on a daily schedule that we try to follow so they have structure and routine. It's great for all of us. I'm a rule follower, so in someone else's home, I'd prefer to have instructions and I will follow them to a T! Every pet is unique and deserves to be treated as such. When on our walks, I always carry a Pet Corrector to avoid off leash dogs. I always walk in public places that allow dogs and will have my phone on me at all times. My car has a seatbelt for all puppy passengers If you have any concerns, I'm more than willing to talk about it.

About: I've been a dog owner for over 40 years even as a child, I have loved dogs. I've always had a German Shepard. My 3rd one past May 2017. A friend of mine suggested Rover to me as a way of dealing with the loss of my beloved friend and companion. So for 2 years I was loving on other people's fur babies and I Really enjoy it! Now I have 2 dogs of my own who love people and dogs. I'm attentive to their body language and bark. Love to play, walk and train new talents with them. I'm just as affectionate and love to pet them as well as reassure them good behavior. Car rides are the best, dogs love them. There is a dog park a mile away we could go to if the parents think its a good idea. If dog is mature and well behaved they can roam freely while I am gone other wise crated would be necessary. Still it's a peaceful environment full of love. I am a homemaker taking care of my beloved pets and the needs of the home. You're fur baby will fit right in with us. I have a fenced in yard and two friendly dogs for yours to play with and keep them company. We have play time throughout the day.

About: I’ve lived with dogs/cats my entire life. From having family and friends that own/have owned numerous breeds to now having my very own two German Shepherd’s. I love being able to interact with different breeds, both large and small. I love them all! I currently work full-time. I am available in the evenings on the days I work (Saturday-Tuesday) or anytime on Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays. I am pretty flexible, but communication is key. I will communicate with you regarding your pets needs and I will do my very best to ensure an astounding time for your animal. I will ask questions as needed and I love being able to send photos of the animals to the owners during our visit!

I love animals and spend the majority of my time working from home and caring for my pets. I am available to care for animals nearly 24/7 without interruption and have the freedom to spend time with the pets in my care. I have a two-acre country yard that is unfenced. Dog owners may bring invisible radius fences to use in my yard, or dogs can be leashed or put on runner if needed. If desired by the owner, dog crates can be used if provided. I have a large space for cats to remain undisturbed by household activities and pets.
