About: Experienced with puppies to senior dogs. Love long walks and playing catch. Reliable, caring, and attentive to special diets and routines for happy, healthy pets. I’m a teacher with extra free time this summer and would love to spend it with your pup! Walking is my favorite stress relief, and since I don’t currently have a dog of my own, I’m looking for some quality dog time. I’m available to walk your dog up to three times a day—or more if you'd like! I can also stay awhile to feed and pet your pup. Your dog will be in caring, dependable hands—and I’ll treat them like family. I try to keep things as normal and comfortable as possible for your pet. I follow your routine—feeding, walks, playtime, whatever they’re used to—so they feel safe and happy. I give lots of love, attention, and belly rubs, and make sure they get the care and company they need while you're away.

About: I am need of full time employment and have been pet sitting for friends and family for over ten years now. I absolutely love dogs and spending time with them because their love is unconditional. I grew up helping take care of my family's dog for about fourteen years and then helped raise a puppy who is turning ten in October. I enjoy being around dogs and playing with them so I feel like this is going to be the right gig for me. I am very positive and outgoing and love spending time outside. I'm currently unemployed and hoping to pick up as many gigs as I can to get a new routine started as I settled in a new location. I adjust based on the animal's needs. Some dogs I've watched have been incredibly more active and needing of attention than others, as well as cats. It's all about hearing what the owner needs for their pets while they're away to ease any anxiety they have of leaving them.

“Amber did a fantastic job. It was the first time we had gone on a trip in a while because we worry so much about the dogs. We knew they'd be fine with her though. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.”

“Grey was amazing and I would highly recommend and will be booking again! He watched my Jack Russel and they became fast friends and my house was in great shape when I returned. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my guy!!!”

“Maria did a great job with drop-in visits for my 2 cats. I appreciated that she communicated often with updates and that she was dependable. My social girl took right to her and my shy boy even came out to play on the last day.”

“Katie is wonderful! Kept us informed all through her visits, our big dog had issues with her bowels and Katie never missed a beat with it. Very conscientious with the girls welfare and happiness.”

“Kelsey did a simple drop in for us while on vacation. She communicated well, and made it easy for us to know Summit was good and we could enjoy our trip! Thanks again Kelsey.”

About: What sets me apart is my deep experience and intuitive understanding of animal behavior built over 12+ years of caring for pets. I’m comfortable with pets of all ages and temperaments, from playful puppies to senior pets with special needs. I’ve administered medications, handled dietary restrictions, and adapted care to suit anxious or shy animals. I take the time to bond with each pet so they feel safe, seen, and loved. I’m dependable, detail-oriented, and I always prioritize communication so you can feel confident while you’re away. I’m currently working full-time Monday through Friday. Fridays I am available beginning 12:30pm and completely open on Saturdays and Sundays. Feel free to contact me if a different time is needed! At my home, pets have access to a secure yard for supervised outdoor time and a cozy indoor space to relax. I live in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of walking paths for daily walks and fresh air. I also have a small dog who will definitely keep your pup some company. Whether it’s daycare, overnight stays, or boarding, I maintain a clean, calm environment with structured routines, lots of play, and individualized attention based on your pet’s needs.

About: Hi!! I’m Sky, an adventure seeker, an outdoors enthusiast and the most passionate dog person this side of the Mississippi 😆 I’m new to the area and settling into my new home. I have the PERFECT set up at home for pets (giant fenced-in yard, access to many hiking trails/dog parks, etc.) More importantly, I am extremely passionate about animals and giving them the love they deserve. I’ve had dogs my entire life and have always been called on to dog sit for family & friends. Your pet will be safe, snuggled, and loved in my care! I typically have 3-4 days off in a row, every week. This makes it easy for me to give your pet the attention he/she deserves. My average work day is 6-8 hours, so if pet setting falls on a work day for me, this is the longest stretch of time your pet would be without care. I have no other pets (yet) 😆. So your dog will get my undivided attention! My home offers a large yard, many dog walking opportunities in the area, pet-friendly furniture, and an indoor camera for the kennel or dog room, so you and I can keep an eye on your dog while I’m away at work!

About: I have been around all types of animals and pets my whole life. I don't mind taking care of any type of pet you may have from babys to seniors, cats of all breeds and dogs of all breeds and sizes. I’m also good with taking care of other domestic pets, exotic pets and farm animals. I only work part time so I have a lot of extra time to care for animals and enjoy being outdoors walking, biking and hiking. I can also just enjoy sitting on the porch with a cat in my lap and a dog at my feet. I have a fully fenced in yard for dogs to run and play in. We have a back deck that can be closed off for playtime. Inside we have room for play and crate time if needed. My house is open and available for fur babies to relax, run, play and have pet beds for sunbathing or relaxing.

About: Hi! I love animals and have always had them throughout my life, ranging in size from rodents to horses. Currently, I have a cat and miss having a dog in the home, so I would love nothing more than to make sure your pet has the care and attention you would give him or her yourself. As a doting pet owner, I understand the importance of knowing your pet is in good hands and well cared for and just how important updates can be when you are away. I am open to working with your schedule and learning anything particular that you and your pet may need. My services include walking, running, playing, feeding, administering medicines, or even bathing and brushing your pet. Just let me know any particulars in our meet and greet! Currently in between jobs and looking to fill in my schedule with some furry childcare. I have a flexible schedule and will only list on my calendar my availability. I am available to stay in your home since I know how important it can be for making pets feel safe. As a world traveller who uses home exchange, I will always leave your home as I found it if not neater and let you know of any issues right away.

“Amie did a fantastic job with our two dogs. We actually had to change the times of her visits after the first day because of poor planning on our parts. Amie was able and willing to roll with the changes. Will be using her services again!”

About: I am a certified Veterinary Assistant and have been working at Brevard Animal Hospital for the past 3 years. Currently I am a college student where I am minoring in Animal Science. I live on a farm and have 2 dogs and 3 cats of my own! I am not only comfortable with pet sitting duties such as feeding and changing the litter box, but also giving medication (both oral and injections) if necessary. Please consider me next time you need a sitter for your baby! I have 2 dogs, 3 cats, and a variety of farm animals that I take care of each and every day! Working at Brevard Animal Hospital the past few years has equipped me with the necessary training to take care of pets of all sizes. I am comfortable with the typical pet sitting activities, such as feeding and changing the litter box but also giving medication (both oral and injections) if necessary.

About: I have almost two years of professional experience working in a dog daycare/boarding facility, where we managed groups of up to 20 dogs at a time. Additionally, I managed dogs who boarded with us for any amount of time. This experience also includes dogs with special dietary or medicinal needs. This job also trained me in animal behavior, as well as various dog-handling practices according to different breeds, behaviors, energy levels/temperaments, and environments. Furthermore, I have several clients that I worked closely with while I was at school in Brevard, NC. I would be happy to provide references from any of these experiences if requested! I have the same work schedule every week, which is 10 am-4 pm Tuesday-Saturday every week. I will be available for drop-in visits/dog walking, and pet sitting outside of these hours! I will ensure that your pet is well taken care of each visit, including an overall body wellness check, which I am trained to perform from my professional pet care experience. I am also happy to administer any medication if needed, as I have lots of experience with this. I ensure that the pet is content physically and emotionally, so I do not limit my visits based on time; in other words, I understand that pets (moreso dogs than cats) may feel quite stressed when their owners are away, so I love to spend time with them to build a connection and love on them while I am there.

About: I am currently a coveted, 5-star petsitter and housesitter through TrustedHouseSitters with 22 sits completed (and counting!) in just 7 months on the site. For over 6 years, I have been caring for pets and homes of colleagues, friends, and family. Throughout my journeys, I have made sweet and affirming connections with numerous dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, fish, and the occasional bird, pig, chinchilla, and chicken. My petsitting responsibilities have included refilling and cleaning food and water bowls, scooping litter multiple times a day, taking dogs out for walks, engaging in nourishingly active play, and — of course — supplying snuggles, scratches, and belly rubs galore! I also have experience administering medication & shots to dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens, and have cared for senior dogs and cats as well. I have 6 years of experience housesitting. My housesitting responsibilities have included wiping down the counters, sweeping, vacuuming, washing dishes, cleaning the stove and burners, and disposing of trash/compost/recycling. My first priority is always the pets and homes I care for. I arrange my schedule according to your pets and homes in order to honor each of their specific needs at any given time, as I have a very flexible, part-time, remote job. I'm also a big homebody and am always delighted to curl up with your pets while reading, writing, or enjoying a nice cup of tea! I am a strong communicator who asks detailed questions to ensure that your pets and homes receive the care that they need. I am proactive in my care to ensure that you may go about your travels with ease. I follow all house rules and respect your home boundaries. Ultimately, I am a true lover of animals at heart who will provide tender care for your furry companions!

Kalie P.
“We were away for 10 days when our original in-home sitter had to cancel last minute, and Kalie was a total lifesaver. She stepped in quickly and took amazing care of our two pitties and our sweet kitty. One of our dogs needs a weekly injection for allergies, and Kalie handled it confidently and with no fuss. When our other pup wasn’t acting right, she checked in with us and then took him to the emergency vet without hesitation. We were so grateful she was paying such close attention. She kept us updated throughout the trip, and during our FaceTime check-ins, it was clear our crew was calm, happy, and totally comfortable with her. It gave us so much peace of mind to know they were in such capable and caring hands. As an added bonus, Kalie left our house cleaner than when she arrived, which was a wonderful surprise after a long day of travel. She truly loves animals, and it shows in everything she does. We appreciate her more than we can say and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, kind, and dependable pet sitter.”

Skylar T.
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Absolutely Wonderful Dog Sitter! I cannot say enough great things about the amazing care our dog, Chance, received! From the moment we dropped him off, it was clear that he was in the best hands. She was incredibly kind, responsible, and truly treated Chance like one of her own. She kept us updated with adorable photos and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Chance came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved. It’s obvious she has a natural connection with animals and goes above and beyond to make them feel safe and comfortable. I would 100% trust her to watch Chance again in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate, and truly fabulous, look no further. She’s the best!”

Emma G.
“Emma Gooch cared for our cat for almost three years whenever we traveled, sometimes for time periods of about three weeks. She came twice a day, let Leo in and out, fed and watered him, and cleaned his box. She was always responsible, and took time to play with him a bit as she came and went. My husband and I valued her as a college student and friend, and several times she brought her roommates for a meal. We met her boyfriend, and her family included us in the luncheon celebration of her graduation, at which she received honors. We miss her, and are doubtful that we will ever have such a well-rounded cat sitter and young friend again.”

Kevin F.
“Kevin helped to house sit and dog-sit for me on multiple occasions. During each visit, Kevin was trustworthy, self-sufficient, reliably followed our instructions/preferences, and was able to give our dog some extra TLC multiple times per day. He was also able to share videos so we could check in my dog remotely while I was away. I would definitely reach out to him to house and dog sit for us again!”
