As a Division I student-athlete, I have basketball practice Monday through Thursday until around 1:30 p.m., which makes me available for afternoon, evening, and overnight pet care during the week. My weekends are completely open, giving me plenty of time to provide attentive, reliable care. I enjoy staying active, so whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, or simply needs companionship, I’ll make sure they receive the same love and attention I give my own pets back home. Since I currently live in a dorm, I’m unable to provide pet care in my own home. However, I’m happy to care for your pets in the comfort of their own home, where they can stay in a familiar environment. I treat every home with the utmost respect by keeping it clean, organized, and exactly as I found it. I’ll follow your pet’s routine closely, make sure they feel safe and comfortable, and provide plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while you’re away. About: I love animals and working for pets would be so amazing as they are very close to my heart. I have done 2 cat sitting jobs and helped take care of a friend dog. I love taking care of cats, including my cat Simba right here. In my spare time I also help volunteer at the Tree House Cat Shelter and rescue some cats to take to my local no kill shelter. I also help support the Ian Somerhalder Foundation where we care for the animals and the environment. Even though I am in college right now my schedule is very flexible. About: I have been a pet owner for over 20 years, so caring for animals has been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have helped raise, train, exercise, and comfort dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I was also a cat owner for over a decade, which gave me experience with pets who have very different personalities, routines, and comfort levels. My family has been pet sitting for nearly 10 years, and I helped with a lot of that care over the years. Through that, I learned how important it is to be reliable, patient, and attentive to each pet’s needs. Now that I am on my own, I am excited to start offering pet care myself and to provide pets with the same kind of safe, loving care I would want for my own animals. I am a teacher, but I am currently on summer break, so my schedule is very open and flexible. I have plenty of availability during the day, evenings, and weekends, while still being dependable and consistent with the care I provide. I am able to work around each pet’s routine and make sure they get the attention, exercise, and care they need. In my home, pets will have a safe, clean, and comfortable space to relax and feel cared for. I live in a large 3-bedroom apartment with secure doors that create natural barriers throughout the apartment, which makes it easy to separate spaces when needed or help a pet feel more comfortable. There are no other pets in the home, so your pet will receive my full attention without having to adjust to unfamiliar animals. One of the best parts of my home is the fully fenced-in backyard. There is plenty of space for dogs to run around, play, use the bathroom, or just stretch their legs safely. I can provide walks, playtime, feeding, water, comfort, and supervision based on each pet’s normal routine. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to follow the owner’s instructions closely so the pet can stay on their usual schedule. I know how important consistency is, so I pay attention to feeding times, walks, medication instructions, favorite toys, comfort needs, and any house rules. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for whether they are in my home or their own. Please note, I only sit pets from 1 household at a time - that way your pet(s) get all of my attention!

About: I’ve Taken care of and trained over dozens of animals in over 6 years. I was an assistant pet trainer/groomer at a dog kennel. And volunteer for several animal shelters. I love taking care of animals of all kind, but specifically cats and dogs! I’m currently working part time remotely, so I’ll have a lot of time to make sure you pet is loved and cared for! I have a cat of my own and I always make sure she’s happy and healthy! I like to take walks 2-3 times a day so I don’t mind making sure your fur baby has had plenty of potty breaks. I live in a gated community with a fence separating me from my neighbors. I also have a huge backyard and plenty of space to keep your animals active and happy. My home has plenty of room to spare for your fur children. Not only that, I also have a 6 ft fully fenced yard. There is a dog park 3 blocks from my home, and I am in close proximity to several Forest Preserves. If baths are requested, bath lovers can enjoy baths in a jacuzzi tub, and bath tolerators will be bathed in a walk in shower with a double rainfall showerhead, and a handheld shower head for the hard to reach spots. I can offer pickup and dropoff for those without a car or time to spare, and dogs will be transported in a seatbelt for safety.

About: I grew up in a home where we treat our dogs as family. I've cared for 4 dogs separately in my life time, 3 of which were via my parents home and one of which on my own in my first apartment in Chicago IL. Dogs almost never miss a beat with approaching you with so much love & joy when you come home and so I feel I should only do the same with how I care for them; i.e making sure their dishes are clean that they receive enough walks & play time for the day, that they also receive treats not just for good behavior but just because they're wonderful. About: Growing up I always wished having my own pet but due to my moms allergies I spent every chance taking care of neighbors & family pets x I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all kinds since I was 15 years old. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and provide loving care for their pets. Then in college I started pet sitting as aside gig to pay for my business books. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, from small breeds to large, high-energy pups, and I understand how to cater to their unique needs. Whether it’s keeping up with a playful pup, ensuring a senior dog is comfortable, or giving cats their much-needed space and affection, I provide attentive and compassionate care. For the past three years, I’ve been an active pet sitter on TrustedHousesitters, completing 25 sits across the U.S. and Mexico. Many of these have been long-term stays, giving me experience with different pet personalities, routines, and special care needs.
