About: Hi, I’m Aly! My house was never empty growing up—I was raised in a home full of cats, which taught me how to respect and care for even the pickiest feline personalities. At the same time, I’ve always been the go-to dog walker for my friends and family, and I've recently taken that passion professional. Currently, I’m active on Wag!, where I’ve completed multiple successful walks and have already secured a repeat client who trusts me with their dog’s daily exercise. I’m excited to expand to Rover to offer that same high level of care to both dog and cat owners in the Tuscaloosa area! As a flexible independent worker, my schedule is my own, which means I can easily prioritize your pet’s routine! Whether it’s a mid-day check-in or a last-minute visit, I have the freedom to be there when you can’t. When I’m not hanging out with your pets, you’ll usually find me curled up with a book or learning a new skill. Since I value a calm and relaxed environment, I’m the perfect match for your pet who enjoy a peaceful presence or a quiet companion to sit with them while they nap. I focus on providing personalized care that matches your pet’s unique energy level. Whether I’m visiting for a drop-in or staying overnight, my priority is maintaining the routine that makes them feel safe and happy.

About: I have experience with many animals, ranging from dogs to horses. I have been responsible for animal care for the last 7 years. I have experience with reactive dogs as well as seniors and puppies. I can handle the energetic pullers, but can also train them to stop pulling. I can train a few basic commands. I also have experience with senior and disabled animals. I am a student and a part-time employee! With no summer classes and short shifts ranging from 4-6 hours, I will have lots of free time this summer! I am very flexible and would love to accommodate your pet's schedule! I am very attentive to all animals under my care. I will always have my eyes on them and I love to provide enrichment activities.

About: Hi everyone, i would love to get to know each and everyone of you and your fur babies and allow you to be able to know they are being well taken care of!! i’ve watched many animals for family and friends, im an animal lover of all sorts!! i’m available at any time of the day, including weekends!! I’m open to watch cats and dogs of any sort, making sure they are taken on walks and fed and let out on time and extremely cared for. All animals in my home or the clients themselves will be fed on the schedule i am given, It will be made sure of that water is always out for the animals and that they get the right amount of time to spend outside!!

About: What sets me different from others is the genuine connections I have with Dogs. A Dog is a man bestfriend and I love that quote. I single handedly trained all my dogs and others. Took time out to build that trust, connection, and loyalty to make sure we trust each other and be there for each other. I currently just graduated school. I went to Troy University out of high school and transferred to the University of Mississippi for my final year. Right now I have alot of free time on my hands and can work around any schedule. I care for pets the same way I care for a human. But also with the understanding the dog has to know your the “Top Dog” in a sense so it knows to respect you and not turn against you.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was 10 years old, from the neighborhoods dog to good friends. I also breed French bulldogs and very knowledgeable on welping litters. I currently work remotely from home, so I'll be at home majority of the day with your fur baby to give them 100% of my attention. I prioritize pet care by meeting their needs. Daily picture and video updates are sent of your fur baby. Trust is key—I maintain a safe environment free of harmful substances. Additionally, I promote exercise and mental stimulation for their well-being.

About: I have 3 dogs myself and I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 13. I’ve played with, walked, fed, bathed my neighbors, friends, and families dogs for years. I worked at a pet store for 2 years learned how to read and take care of dogs. I love all types of dogs! I work part-time in the evenings, so I have plenty of availability during the day for dog walks and drop-in visits. My flexible schedule allows me to provide reliable care throughout the week, and I’m committed to being punctual and making sure each pet gets the attention, exercise, and care they needs! I prioritize every pet’s safety and comfort by following the owner’s instructions closely, using secure leashes and harnesses during walks, and ensuring gates and doors are always properly closed. During home visits, I’ll provide fresh water, feed pets as directed, give them plenty of attention and exercise, and make sure the home is left exactly as I found it. I’ll also keep owners updated with messages and photos so they know their pet is happy and well cared for!

About: I have a dog and 2 cats of my own so I consider myself experienced in pet care. I have dog sat for many years now for both neighbors and family. Since I have owned many cats over the years I also consider myself experienced in cat care. I don’t mind cleaning up after pets and I can give medicine to unwilling pets. I don’t currently have a job so I my schedule is very flexible. I also don’t mind getting up early if necessary for your pet. I have a fenced backyard and my pets are friendly. I can easily crate your pet if that’s what they’re used to. I can also come to your house to take them out and give them plenty of love.

About: I have worked professionally with animals for over 12 years. I am a vet tech and can provide any type of care from your average house pets to your more exotic household pets such as rodents, reptiles and fish. I come with a plethora of references and would love to be your go to pet sitter while your out of town, working late or your pets desire some extra attention. I am a Tuscaloosa local so I will be available during all holidays, university breaks etc. I do own one dog names Snooki who is turning 10 this year. About: I’ve had many pets growing up, from cats to dogs! I love all animals, I used to be a barrel racer so I’ve ridden horses! And, my entire family has also been animal lovers from one having 4 dogs in one household to another having a pet tortoise! I’ve been around it all, small or big, chill or excited, so I love all! If you were wanting to have me care for your pet at home, they would have to be house trained as well as being okay around cats. My cat is very sweet she’s been around other cats and dogs, so she is very well acquainted to other animals! If I am to care for your animal at your home, I can assure you that I will do my best to follow your exact daily schedule your animals are accustomed to, that way they don’t have any extra stresses! As well as, you will not have to worry in the slightest bit about coming back and finding your place a mess! About: I am a loving dog mom who views pet care as a privilege rather than a job. I have three dogs of my own and have been taking care of pets basically my whole life. I want people to feel they can be absent without being missed while I keep their pets happy, healthy, and entertained at their home or mine. I am currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to keep your pups entertained and cared for whether it be house sitting, walking, stop-ins, or boarding. Can board anytime of the week as long as pet is crate trained (crate is provided by me). I have a fenced in back yard with 3 friendly dogs to keep your furry friend entertained. Dogs are more the welcome to run around and play inside my home as well. I have lots of toys and lots of energy. My dogs and I love going on walks just as much as we love cuddling on the couch watching movies.

About: I can remember every pet I’ve ever encountered. My family owns a small farm in Alabama, and I have been taking care of animals my entire life. Living in the city, I miss the animals, and I think this is a good way to help others while getting to play with and take care of your babies. <3 I’m a freelance writer and actress, so I’m home A LOT. I need a companion just as much as your pet when you’re out of town/working/cannot give the attention they require! :) There’s a courtyard here that is fenced in, but I’d prefer to walk pets over to Queens City park for a little nature. Pet babies always have water, iced when it’s hot out, and I recommend bringing their favorite toys! I like to play and snuggle, so hopefully they won’t miss you too much. Also, bring their snacks!!! I’m happy to go over tricks they’re learning as well.

About: I’ve watched all sorts of dogs from boxers to frenchies and can walk, feed, give medicine, and stay overnight with them!!! I’m very flexible also!!! I work part-time and I am a student at UA. I have room in my schedule to walk dogs as needed and take care of any animals and stay overnight with them! About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was 10, my family trains hunting dogs and I have been dog sitting since middle school. I love older dogs! I work remote and have a lot of free time to walk your dog, take it to the dog park, or let it play with my dog in the house. I live in an apartment near downtown but am extremely careful about where I walk dogs. I prefer the dog to have a harness so it is easier/safer to walk if it pulls on the leash.
