About: I’m Beth, I'm 28 years old and I have about ten years of experience caring for animals in the area. I also have three cats of my own. I've mainly provided care for cats, dogs, and fish. I also have experience caring for rabbits, lizards, birds, and guinea pigs. I am willing to learn to care for just about any pet. I have experience administering medication to cats and dogs as well, including insulin. I work with owners on what their pets needs are and do my very best to make my stay with your animals as close to if their owners were still home with them as I can! I look forward to working with you! i can do check ins before and after work as well as a bed time check in (unless I’m staying overnight) if your pets need an extra check in I can also do a stop on my lunch break. I can stay overnight or just pop in! Whatever you would prefer. I am very flexible and will work with you very closely on you and your pets wants and needs!

About: I’ve trained several puppies in my life, including my current 6 year old boxer, Bruce. I believe that pets are equals with humans, so they get a spot on the couch, too! We also have 2 cats, Kit and Shrimpy. As for other animals, I grew up riding horses, and I recently worked at a zoo where I handled exotic animals. I would love to take care of your animals and give them the love and care that you would while you’re out! I am a teacher by day so I work a schedule of 7am-3:20 M-F. However, I am free most nights and weekends. I also will be available during the winter holidays and the summer months. I believe that animals are soulful, sentient creatures just like humans, so they should be treated as such! My dog and cats sleep in bed with me, and are allowed on all furniture. I also understand that puppies need constant attention and exercise, so we take our dog on walks frequently.

Our dogs are pretty big (80 and 95lbs) and they both have some quirky habits, but Brittany handled them with ease. She sent pictures and updates daily, which really settled any worries we had about having a new person at the house. We came home to very happy dogs, and we look forward to using her services again. About: I’ve always been an animal lover since I was little. Throughout college I have done all sorts of pet/house sitting for friends, family, coworkers etc. I have house sat for a family friend that required feeding and watering horses, milking goats, reptile care, rabbit cleaning care, medicating cats/dogs if needed, you name it. I currently have a Corn Snake, a Western Plains Hognose Snake as well as a Crested Gecko. I have been a Veterinary Receptionist for over 5 and a half years now. I was also an Animal Keeper for about a year with native Illinois Wildlife (including black bears, cougars & bobcats). I am currently transitioning to being a Veterinary Assistant so I am gaining new skills weekly! Currently working a max of 30 hours at my day job as a Veterinary Assistant but recently have been working less. Typically I have Sundays and Wednesdays off during the week but sometimes get another random week day off depending on how busy we are at the clinic. My shifts can vary from 8am to 2pm; 8am to 4pm; 9am to 3pm; 9am to 5pm or even 8am to 6:30pm. The earlier I’m off during the day I am able to help after that too. Your home is their home. I will cater to your pet based on what they like or need. If they just need someone to keep them company I’m there. I will treat your space with respect and follow any instructions given. My pets are family and are treated as such so the same would go for your kiddos.

About: I’m very easy going. I love to take them for walks, get them a pup cup, parks, etc.. If they have meds or a certain diet that’s not a problem. As well as if they have any other specific needs, I will make sure to meet them. You can expect regular updates and pictures if wanted. I believe every dog should get love and attention so I will make sure not to be a stranger to them! Hope they love their tummy tickled too! Let me know if you have any questions:) I work at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, I am part time from 7am-1pm. I do online schooling therefore I would only be gone during the morning/ afternoon. The rest of the day is fully for the pups! In my clients home they have either a fenced yard or a shock collar to keep them in. One of my clients has specific diets and medication for both of their dogs and prefers if they are walked daily as well! (no extra charge for walking ofc). They text me the details or they write on a piece of paper and leave notes. I have no problem following directions, it is better to be more specific though when telling them. And I do send pics and update my clients if asked or necessary!
