About: I have a genuine love for animals and understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet and your home. I’ve cared for dogs and cats with a variety of personalities, ages, and routines. I always approach each pet with patience, kindness, and respect for their individual needs. I previously worked for a private pet-sitting company in South Carolina, where I provided in-home care, sometimes staying in clients’ homes for a week or more at a time. I also had regular dog walking clients, giving me experience with consistent schedules, leash manners, and dogs with varying energy levels. I’m comfortable with daily walks, feeding schedules, playtime, basic training reinforcement, and administering medications as needed. I’ve cared for senior pets who require extra patience or extra support, as well as pets who may be shy or anxious and need time to build trust. We have a fully fenced backyard with lots of room for playtime. We will play fetch, go on walks, and make sure your pet gets plenty of fun! “Liz was absolutely wonderful! We had a last minute trip to Zion and really wanted to hike the narrows but be respectful of hotel rules re leaving dogs in the room. However, we recently had someone bring an aggressive dog to our home, which has or may have altered how our big male views other dogs. Not wanting to chance it, Liz agreed to meet us the day before and, of course, everything was fine. The dogs were happy, we were able hike the Narrows without worrying. She sent pictures and was just super. Great communication! She is also conveniently located in town and has a separate room and fenced yard where our pups could be kept if they didn’t get along well. **this was also our first time using Rover. Will use it again!”
