About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and can’t remember a time when there wasn’t a four‑legged best friend in the house. Growing up with dogs taught me the foundations of great pet care: patience, consistency, and plenty of affection. Today, I’m a proud dog dad to my pup, Ghost. He’s energetic, loyal, and always ready for an adventure. Caring for him has deepened my understanding of canine behavior and reinforced the importance of meeting each dog’s unique needs—whether that’s long walks, playtime, structure, or just a calm presence. I’m also a big cat lover! I’ve always had a soft spot for cats and genuinely enjoy their personalities—from the playful and curious to the calm and cuddly. Whether your pet is a dog, a cat, or both, I’m committed to making them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for as if they were my own. I have a full time job in Higher Ed I work from 8:30 am to 4:30 PM Mon-Fri. I can work around those hours. I also have an hour for lunch which I can use for additional walks I live by a lake so if your dog loves the water they will get plenty of that! I also have lots of walking trails nearby.

About: I first discovered my passion for animal care in fifth grade when I brought home and later adopted my class pet, Spot, an anole lizard who remained with our family for two years. Since then, I have continued developing hands-on experience caring for animals, including working with reactive dogs. During the pandemic, my family adopted our dog Henry, and through that experience I gained valuable insight into supporting dogs with anxiety and learning effective, patient approaches to behavioral management. I currently have full availability for the summer and am flexible in accommodating a wide range of pet care needs, including daytime, evening, and weekend care. I prioritize clear and consistent communication with pet owners to ensure I fully understand each pet’s individual needs and routine. My goal is to provide attentive, reliable care and make sure every pet is safe, comfortable, and receiving the highest quality care possible.

About: Several summers ago, I started taking care of dogs for members in my community, and I liked it so much I wanted to keep it going. My maturity and adaptability make me a great fit for any pet. I work Monday through Friday during the day, so I prefer to pet-sit on weekends. However, I am happy to be flexible and make something work. I have the most experience with caring for pets in a client’s home, where I can follow any routines that the pet already has. I’ve never owned a pet in my home.

About: I’ve been a loving and devoted dog owner since I was ten. I’ve raised both small and large breed dogs from puppyhood. In addition, I’ve been a foster mom to many dogs of various ages and breeds through Great Dog Rescue. I enjoy getting outdoors, rain or shine, walking and playing with these wonderful animals. My dogs get are doted on with lots of cuddles and attention. I currently have a very friendly Bernese Mountain dog who gets along well with other dogs. I am available full-time to care for your fur baby. I could offer daily exercise and plenty of individual attention to your pup at my home or yours. I have a house with a big yard on a quiet cul-de-sac. Either in your home or mine, I would take your dog out on a leash to make sure it stays safe. Having hosted many rescue dogs, I know how to care for nervous animals and they have thrived under my care.

My goal is to have fun and provide quality care for your loved pet. I am currently working two part jobs this summer. My availability is all day Sunday and Mondays and after 2 pm Tuesday -Thursday. Not available Friday -Saturday. I will follow each pets normal routine and schedule as closely as possible depending on what their individual needs are. I will provide ample opportunity for play , exploration and comfort. I am comfortable with giving medication, making sure your pet has fresh water at all times and food. I can keep the owner updated with photos and videos if preferred by the owner. I will monitor your pet closely when I am present. I focus on keeping their routine consistent and making sure they have a safe environment.

About: I am great with all dogs. I love taking care of them and enjoy taking them for walks just to see how happy they are to be outside and exploring nature. Depending on your dogs personality, I would be happy to play with them or if they prefer to hangout more quietly I’ll cuddle up with them while I complete schoolwork or watch a movie. My family has had dogs my entire life so I have a lot of experience taking care of dogs. Additionally, If your dog likes playing with other dogs, I have two that love to play! I would be happy to take them with me for walks, and give them new friends (and more importantly help them get rid of all that energy). My dogs don’t travel with me all the time so if your dog isn’t a fan of others I’ll make sure to leave them at home.
