“AMAZING! Spectacular! There isn’t a word to express how amazing Jason and Tania are! Kona was treated like a king :) Tania sent the best pictures and always let me know how Kona was feeling. She communicated every concern and showed how much she loves what she does. After a few walks she figured out his likes and dislikes and just let my pup do his thing whether that was rolling in the grass and just chilling or watching all the squirrels. Kona also LOVED Tania, you could tell by the pictures. I was always at ease knowing that Kona was being cared for so wonderfully. Not only are the best people ever, they are also extremely flexible and are amazing communicators. About: There really is not anything that I will not do for your dog. I am willing to love, care for, and treat your dog like my own. Dogs are something that I have always loved and been passionate about and I genuinely enjoy meeting new ones! I am a good communicator and will always let you know any details I think are pertinent. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
