We prioritize the schedule, and operate on a first come, first serve basis. At an initial meet and greet, we come prepared with questions. We use a written questionnaire covering your pet’s routine, personality, health, and quirks, along with home access, expectations, and emergency plans. We want to understand your pet holistically, so they get the seamless care and love they need. We then use this as our guide when they are in our care. We carry professional pet care liability insurance covering pet sitting, dog walking, and house sitting. That includes animal bailee (pet protection) coverage, which goes beyond what a standard liability policy usually covers.
