“Jasmin is a fantastic dog walker! She quickly earned my dog's trust, and I could tell he was in great hands. Jasmin is also very responsive and dependable, always confirming visits promptly. I especially appreciate the cute pictures and summaries she sends after each walk. Highly recommend!”

About: I have always been able to communicate and interact with animals much easier than i have with people, it comes more naturally to me. The first thing that my closest friends and family say when introducing me to anyone, especially if they have pets, is that i’m great with animals. it fits in perfectly, i work at part time job at a clothing store but my shifts are only typically four hours, and i get off work anytime between 4-6 so right around dinner time. i have an open yard that my dog can roam freely whenever we let her out, she tends to stay within 10 yards of our front doorstep so we do not keep her on a leash. however, should i be taking care of a dog and it does need to be on a leash when being let out, that is no problem at all.

About: Hello! I am new to this app, but I have taken care of dogs since I was 16 (3 years) in all forms: dropping in (x) times a day into owner’s home, bringing dog to my home (with my mom and dad that love dogs too!), staying in owner’s home, and dog walking. I am new to this app! I go to college at University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I have a flexible schedule and want to spend my free-time doing what I love- being with dogs! I live in a pet-friendly apartment right off the interstate- so I am an easy commute away from all directions in the Knoxville vicinity. I have a cavalier back at my home (Nashville), Scout, who is extremely gentle, quiet, and can’t get enough of being around other dogs.

“Thank you for walking Diamond. She’s excited to walk again”

“So helpful and so great! Super flexible!!!”

About: My pets are not just my pets...they are my children, and your pet will get the exact same treatment in my home. They will cared for in what they need to live but also in what they need to feel loved. I will make sure your pet feels as comfortable as he/she can while you are away. I go above and beyond for my dog, so yours will get the exact same; i want them to feel like they have a person on their side while their actual person is away. I can simple groom (clip nails, trim paw hair, bathe, etc) if needed. I will also make sure you have a pic/text as an update during the day because I know you will miss them just as much as they miss you!

“Gidget did a great job taking care of my boys. I really appreciate the pictures and updates she provided.”

About: I have been around dogs my entire life, I ALWAYS give 110% when taking care of someone’s fur children! Pets are an important part of our lives! I have puppy training experience and love meeting and playing with new puppies! My own dog is diabetic and requires daily injections so I am very comfortable caring for senior and medically complex dogs. Open communication is important to me so we both know what to expect and I love sharing my time with your pets and sending photos so you know how much fun we are having! I have full time availability Monday through Friday and am available on the weekends as needed. I am excited to spend a lot of time throughout the week with pets! My chocolate Labrador retriever Ollie was diabetic. He received 26mL of insulin 2x a day along in the scruff of his neck with his food needing to be watered down due to it being a choking hazard. I would take care of ANY pet like I took care of him. I will stop in to check on your pets, play with them to get their energy out, snuggle with them, and make sure they have everything they need including walks, food, water, treats, play time, and medication.

“Breana was accommodating and very sweet with my pups!”

About: I’ve been blessed to have several dogs in my life and I have treated each one with love and respect! Currently, Emmitt the golden doodle (3 years old) is my fur baby and I love him with all of my heart. He is so sweet and lovable and gets along great with other dogs! I can’t wait to get to know your fur baby and spend time with him or her! I love to take dogs on walks and care for them as if they were my own. I live near a dog park and I also have a quiet small suburb area in which I live in. It would be my pleasure to put your mind at ease when it comes to your furry family member’s safety and care!

About: Under 25lbs, lower energy, are my own dog’s preference. I have a special place in my heart for geriatric dogs! Would you like your pet loved and cared for in your own home? Do you have multiple pets that do not travel well? I come to them to provide the excellent care I would expect to be given my own! Lots of love and affection 🥰😍 Lots of love, lap time, off-key singing and sweet words for fur babies. (Don't we all need that?) I’ve loved taking care of dogs and cats (and other critters upon request) for friends and neighbors for many years. Services of walking, drop ins, pet taxi, doggy day care and boarding. Enhanced background check, CPR and Rover 101 class. Senior dogs welcome and respected. I have oral, inhaler and insulin shot med experience. Adept at complicated meds, supplements, and feeding schedules. I supervise yard and play time. I gladly provide pictures and notes as often as you would like! Crate time only if needed when I'm working part time, if it is their "safe space/den", or if your pooch will eat my furniture or chew wires. Part time work close by and full time dog sitting, walking, taxi and drop in visits! Care of your pet whether at your home or mine is my pleasure. I follow your pet’s routine as directed. My first concern is for the safely and well being of your pet. Whether it's walking or just a potty break I am probably overprotective.

About: I am a life long pet owner who loves to watch my friend’s and family’s pets when they’re in need. I have taken care of dogs, cats, and bunnies, including fostering a cat for a friend for a few months while she was away. I am a fairly active person, so I like to go on long walks and play with very energetic animals, but I can also appreciate those who just like company or want their own space. Learning the habits, needs, and quirks of each animal is my favorite part of the job, so I can be sure your animal will get the exact kind of care they need to be happy while you’re away😊 I currently have an open schedule so I will have all the time in the world to hang out with your fur children! The only days that are busy for me are Sundays, but I will still have some time available. I will be going back to work after the new year and will be working second shift, so will have the majority of the day available then as well! I like to stick to the routines that your animals are already used to following as to reduce anxiety as much as possible while you’re away! I definitely think it’s important to give extra love and attention to show that I am a friend and am there to take care of them.

About: Does your dog need some more consistent exercise? Or maybe additional potty breaks while you are away from home? If so, I'd love to help! I am an animal lover, and I currently have one dog and two cats of my own. I also own and care for a horse, which means I'm not afraid to handle big dogs! I love to walk, and I can go at whatever pace is best for your fur baby. I look forward to hearing from you! I currently work part-time Monday through Wednesday and have plenty of flexibility the rest of the week. Reach out to me, and I'm sure I can make something work! I would love to take the time and get your dog out on a nice walk or a leisurely potty break! I would provide updates and photos for you so you know exactly how your pup is doing.

About: I have always had a cat or dog in my life that I have always cared for. I have also cared for friends and families pets and I sincerely treat them as my own. Anyone’s pet or my pet is the most important thing to me aside from church, my friends and family. I work full time in a critical care unit working three twelve hour shifts. The other four days I am available mornings, afternoons and evenings. The three days I work, I am available after 7 pm. Every cat that I have had, I strictly keep indoors for safety purposes. Water and food is always available along with clean cat litter and cozy spaces for my cat to snuggle. My dogs, are inside and crated when I am not home. They have comfy beds, water and food. They are active with swimming, running and tagging along when I am outdoors.

“Madason has done a great job walking my pups for the past 2 weeks. She was very flexible with timings, patient and caring for my older, slower dog Colonel. I would highly recommend her!”

About: Animals have always been a large part of my life. I have cared for puppies to kittens all the way to senior dogs and cats. I am self contracted and I am able to start and stop working when I want. I am able to care for your animals anytime. I am responsible and caring for both cats and dogs. I have 3 cats of my own who allow me to live in their home.

“Brenna and her husband did a great job taking our dog out on short notice. We were out of town for a wedding, and our scheduled visit was cancelled. They were able to fill in last minute and took pictures on their walk!”

About: Please do not use Rovers time frame feature to put in drop off / pick up info. I do not use it. I will not honor times put into this feature on Rover if you use it. See more info below. I have been a dog owner all my life. I have worked in an adoption center, participated in foster / adopt transportations, and have fostered. I have never been able to leave my furry friend with a boarding service for fear that something would happen or he would get lonely. So I understand how important it is to leave your pet with someone you trust to take care of him/her until you return. Your pet will be part of our family. I've never been restrictive to my pets so yours will be allowed as much freedom as you would like him/her to have. **Please note: I do NOT go by the time frames that Rover gives you. I have no way of showing my availability for each day, so when you put those in they may not match my actual availability. I will NOT honor those times since I have no control over them. Please make sure we finalize drop off times BEFORE booking a stay with me. I'm happy to work with you while I can for drop-offs and pickups, but there might be times when my schedule is not going to allow me to be as flexible. Right now I'm not currently accepting pick ups or drop offs on Thursday evenings after 5 pm or Sunday mornings. My husband and I are both active with our church and those times are dedicated to that. I'm also closed for drop offs and pick ups on Saturdays all day. While I have guests in my care during that time, it's my one day "off" each week to not be tethered to my house. I do have two children, an ten-year-old and a seven-year-old. Both are used to being around dogs, but for the safety of all involved, I require a meet and greet to make sure everyone gets along. Please see additional information about meet and greets below. When we leave the house, I will never leave your pets mixed with other pets. I'm happy to crate your dog if that's what they are used to or they will be given their own room while we're away. I will never leave your dog mixed unsupervised with my dog or other dogs I'm watching. Everyone's safety is my first priority. I can provide my cell so you can get in contact with me at any time. I also provide pictures/videos via text. I'm working on doing better to show them on Rover. One of the things I will tell you from the get go is my house gets a little crazy sometimes. I do my best to provide updates once a day while you're away. I also tell my clients to message me if they haven't heard from me and would like an update. I do my best to be responsive in a timely manner. However, I also expect my clients to understand that I do have a life outside of pet sitting and sometimes that life gets in the way of my being able to respond right away. Please show a little grace when asking for updates on your pet. We love them like our own so they just join in our family life which doesn't always include having my phone glued to my side. I'm a homemaker and homeschool mom. I am around a lot of the time and there is plenty of outside time for my guests. The reason my schedule may look blocked off is because of the time required for my guests, my kiddos, and my job. My husband also works from home full time now. He does assist with the pups sometimes but I do not rely on him for meet and greets, drop offs or pick ups. Crates are not required, but if your dog is used to being crated I can provide for that. I will also crate a dog if they are found to be destructive or are untrustworthy when we are out of the house. I also will not keep dogs that are food aggressive. I separate everyone to feed them because I understand the nature of most dogs is to be protective of food. However, if a dog shows aggression towards another dog when food is present or while we're in the kitchen around people food, that is not something I am comfortable with for safety reasons. We homeschool and I work from home so we're home a lot of the time. With that said, we do have lives and go places. I try to be as accommodating as possible, but please keep this in mind. Your pup will be integrated into our household with my own. We're in and out a lot so potty breaks and playtime naturally happen throughout the day. I provide overnight services out of my home as well as doggy day care. We have a fully fenced yard with an automatic locking gate to keep people from opening it when they come for pickup. When you come to my house, you'll park in my driveway and then enter through a double set of people gates to your left.

“Lanessa is so great with my dogs. They loved her from the very start, and they get very excited to see her and walk with her. My dogs have some particular needs and she is very willing and flexible to work with them. Definitely recommend!”

He sent daily pictures and I came back to a happy and healthy doggo! Thomas left my apartment in immaculate condition when he stayed here and was excellent with communication. Lauren C.
“First of all, Lauren Corder is an amazing woman. She is one of if not the most loving person I know. She is selfless beyond belief and she genuinely cares about the thing she does. Secondly, Lauren is an art teacher. In order to care for kids all day, you must have a high level of love. I have seen her with her dog and trust me, she is a great and loving caregiver for Emmitt. She has also on multiple occasions taken her sister’s dog (Charlie) in and made sure he was comfortable and enjoyed the time he had. Finally, like i said earlier, Lauren is not only an amazing individual, but a wonderful Christian. Colossians 3:23 says “Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than men...” I believe that everything Lauren does is to her full potential and nothing can slow her down. Also, I can assure you that Lauren will be the most loving and joyful person to leave your dog with.”
