“Communication: 5 stars due to the owner almost immediately responding to my texts/emails. Additionally, photos with updates of my dog's time at their facility were provided daily. Appearance: 5 stars due to the overall cleanliness of the grounds and the safety measures for the animals on the grounds. Completely fenced in and private. A huge area for the animals to exercise including a pond. Value: 5 stars because my dog was well cared for, happy and healthy when I picked her up. My dog is extremely important to me and the owners valued how much it means to care for her. I think the cost was reasonable especially for the level of care my dog received. On a personal note, I'd bring my dog back to this facility and will do so for our next "dogless vacation". I have never experienced such professionalism from any pet care I've used before.”

They always say dogs are a good judge of character— Sam just walked straight inside Sierra’s house without any problems with trying to get him to go inside. That there itself made me instantly trust her 10x more & to know he would be fine. I typically get anxiety after dropping my dog off at someone’s house, but this time was different. I was out-of-state for a week & did not feel inclined to be a “helicopter” mom because I just felt that this would go well. She was super friendly, great at communicating, and overall, the best. 10/10 would recommend her, I will, for as long as she allows it, continue going back to her.
