Samantha was absolutely amazing with Major! She cared for him for 5 days, and since it was his first time sleeping away from home, I was a little nervous. She was so patient, caring, and kept us updated with pictures and messages throughout his stay. She truly treated Major like her own. Kathleen took exceptional care of Stinky whilst I was out of the country. It’s clear she is highly experienced with dogs and genuinely cares about them. I received regular updates throughout the stay, including lots of photos and videos of Stinky relaxing at home, playing in the garden with Bella and Sasha - who she really got on with - and out on walks. We left our energetic working lab with Lana for a week, and once again, she reminded us why we feel so comfortable leaving him with her. She goes to such efforts to keep him stimulated and tired out by the end of the day but also keeping him rested and safe.
