About: After recently loosing our family dog, Sophie, that we had from 8 weeks old until she was 15 years old, I have decided to pursue pet care in place of getting another dog at this time. I will take good care of your pets, with affordable rates and flexible hours/days. I am not comfortable caring for pit-bulls or pit bull breeds of dogs. I work part-time hours, so I have a lot of availability to care for your pet. I am a patient person with a relaxed personality and will remain flexible to meet your family's needs for pet care. While I do not have a fenced in back yard, I live within walking distance to a local park and am close to a cul-de-sac so walking your dog as often as needed will be no problem! Our street is quiet with no thru traffic also. I have children who will play with your pet to keep them company, or can leave them alone if they prefer a more independent environment. We will treat your pets as we would our own.

About: I got my first dog for Christmas when I was 8 and was solely responsible for playing with, feeding, walking, and caring for my dog Cookies! She is now 14 years old and still going strong I’m waiting to start school in June and have a lot of extra free time, I just moved to the rock hill area a year ago and have built up a small clientele of families I sit for and want to make it a full time job! I have a friendly German Shepard named max, who is 6 years old and two 14 year old Lhasa apsos, Dinah and Cookies who are all very friendly with other dogs!

About: I've loved animals my whole life. When I was 15 I finally got my own dog, Piper (an 8wk old Catahoula mix). That following Summer I began to care for three other dogs for a few days a week at their home, letting them out and playing with them. Likewise, the summer before college I worked at a boarding kennel/day care. I enjoyed playing with and caring for nearly 20 different dogs every day! In August of last year, my husband and I got our very own dog! Her name is Fern, and she is another Catahoula! *NOTE* I work 7-6 M-F Charlotte at a doctor’s office. Thus, I am unfortunately unable for drop-in services during the day. If your dog requires round the clock care, I unfortunately cannot be your person. I am willing to negotiate rates if you need to hire a midday dog-walker while I take care of nights. I believe in complete transparency and wouldn’t want to promise something I couldn’t do. At my apartment complex, we have a fenced in dog park that I can allow our dogs to play in. Likewise, I have the space to crate your dog if needed. I believe in positive reinforcement training, and will be sure to give your pet lots of (approved) treats and love.

About: Hi, my name is Shavonna and I’ve been on Rover since the beginning of Spring 2019. I’m 30yrs old and I live in Rock Hill SC, and I have two boys 2yr and 9yr old. I love working with animals, it’s my passion other than being caring to my two boys. I went to school for veterinary assistant and have a certification to help animals or to take care of them. I treat animals is like they was my own. I’m very sweet and gentle when it comes to someone pet and if you let me I can show you how a good pet sitter I can be! My skills are is to let the pet know that I’m in control because sometimes the pet might run over you, so you have to show them who’s boss. Any other way I will not neglect the animal nor abuse, I feel that’s an awful thing to do! Like I said you have to treat the animals as just as if was my own because they are human beings just in a different way! I work from home. So basically I be at home the majority of the day. So I have time on my hands to fit pet care in my schedule! I make sure they are well love as much love I give to my boys! I also will take the on walks as needed to get the nature outdoors!
