“Julie assisted us last minute after our original sitter fell through by accommodating for day care. She cares for each dog like her own. I would highly recommend her for your fur pup needs!”

Vanitha M.
“Having witnessed her love and compassion for animals firsthand, I can confidently say that she possesses a rare blend of patience, knowledge, and passion that makes her stand out. Over the years, I have seen her nurture and care for animals, treating them like our own family. Whether it's a pups that needs a little extra attention or a bird that loves to sing, Vanitha has always approached them with the same unwavering dedication. Her understanding of animal behaviors, dietary needs, and emotional cues ensures that every pet under her care is not just looked after but truly loved and cherished.”

Faith S.

“Faith was wonderful. This was my first time leaving my Boston Terrier with someone on Rover and Faith and her sister were great with him. They took some photos and sent them to me for comforting updates. Wonderful experience.”

Sarah B.
“Sarah cared for our home and our household of pets while my wife and I went on a much needed mini vacation. Our pet selection consisted of a flock of chickens, three cats and a rescue dog that loves me but just tolerates everyone else. Sarah had to become familiar with the schedule of the animals, the different feeding requirements and most importantly how to handle / work with a potentially grumpy dog. She figured out the dog pretty quickly and took notes on everything she thought she couldn't remember. The wife and I had a great mini vacation and came home to happy pets. I would recommend Sarah to anyone who needed a pet walker or pet sitter. She did a great job for us.”

Karen F.

“Karen is awesome. My dog was immediately at ease with her. He can be a little dicey with adults he doesn’t know, but he loved being at Karen’s house. Her yard is awesome for doggy adventures (complete with chickens to stare at). I can’t wait to bring him back for more play time!”

Libby P.

“Libby was amazing! Our doggie care plans fell through as the last minute and Libby totally saved the day, mere hours from when we needed care. She clearly loves animals and was so skilled in introducing our finicky pup with her lovely resident dog and then loving on her for a few hours while we had dinner plans. Willow clearly felt at home and we'd definitely use her again.”

Tami K.

“Tami was great. We could tell Charlie was well cared for and had a good time playing with Tami's dog and children. Thank you Tami!”

Benjamin C.
About: I am currently the senior handler for Coastal Canine Resort in Hampton, NH where I oversee 20+ dogs at a time. Prior to working in daycare I was a technicians assistant at Fremont Animal Hospital for 5+ years. I've worked with dogs of all sizes and temperaments and have gone through a basic canine CPR course recently. I love working with dogs, and other animals, and will provide your pets the best care I possibly can. I am currently working full time but would like to transition away from the corporate world and branch off on my own. Rover seems the logical start point while I look for a house where I can run my own small home daycare. I am working on a fenced area in the yard for playtime and have plenty of trail space for walks. Until the fencing is up they’ll be able to play indoors with my own dogs and go out for regular breaks. I have 2 friendly dogs of my own. Though one is a bit shy at first the other one will be more than happy to keep your dogs company from minute one.

Brittney P.
“Brittney P is a great care giver to 2 of her own dogs and a cat she's very loving and caring with her animals. She would be great a taking care of other people's pets cause she loves animals. She's very clean so you animals will get cared for as well .”

Maddie S.
“I highly recommend Maddie as a pet sitter. She assisted us on multiple occasions as an in-house pet sitter for our 9-year-old Pit/Lab mix and cat. We couldn't be happier with her care. Maddie immediately connected with our nervous dog, which put our minds at ease. Throughout her stay, Maddie consistently provided us with updates and pictures of our pets. Her communication was greatly appreciated and allowed us to see firsthand how well-cared for our animals were. Maddie would reach out if she had any questions about our pets' diet or behavior. Additionally, she was proactive in addressing any issues or concerns she had about the house. We never had to worry about a thing while we were away, as our home and pets were in capable hands. If you are seeking a responsible, compassionate, and communicative pet sitter, I highly recommend hiring Maddie.”

Shantelle L.

“King Henry is the center of our world. We searched for someone that would love him as much as we do. Shantelle is responsive to requests, sends a bunch of pictures of Henrys daily adventures (my kids call it his Dog Vlog :), and he's excited to go back to her. Highly recommend.”

Gary M.

“I can not recommend Gary and his wife enough. They were absolutely wonderful and a breath of fresh air. My boy is my absolute world and we both have a little separation anxiety. Gary was very patient, understanding, and worked so well to make him feel safe and secure while in their care. They were very responsive and provided daily updates. Our boy was very happy and had a great time. I’m so happy to have found someone that I trust him with. We will 100% use Gary again.”

Dena A.

“Little boy was SO enthusiastic about getting here! I needed day sitting in the area for about a week, off and on, and she sat for him for a weekend I was spending in a hotel with a "no pet" policy. He was happy to see me return, but clearly loved it here. Since he could NOT be off leash in the neighborhood, he got to go along on some jogs to wear him out.”

Shauna D.

“Shauna took great care of River! She was so tired when we picked her up (which is not often) and seemed like a happy girl from a long day of swimming and running around. We have been hesitant to use Rover in the past, but we're so glad we found Shauna!”

Kyanna H.
About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was very young. I can Walk,Groom,Play and Teach them a few tricks. I also was taught Dog CPR In animal science classes I took a few years ago. I had to quit a toxic workplace & have not found another In 2 months. I want to get back to working with animals and possibly make It a permanent thing as well as see If I can start my own grooming service or help one In need of an employee near where I live. I love working with animals and have missed doing so. I have cats and live In an Rv but another tenant here does have dogs that are pet friendly as well as an unfenced 8 acre yard I could walk them on or even down the road.

Rebecca M.

Paige B.
About: Hi! My name is Paige and I am 24 years old. I used to work at a dog kennel/doggie daycare and then left to study at UNH where I graduate with my BS. At this job I gained lots of experience with all kinds of dogs! Spending 10 hours a day watching, walking, feeding, playing, and caring for 50+ dogs everyday makes me very comfortable to care for your beloved pet! In addition I have cared for several cats through Rover and my own connections. I grew up having both cats and dogs so I am comfortable and experienced in caring for both!I currently have a full time job with an hour for lunch where I can walk/feed your pet in the middle of the day. I would love to spend some time with your pets! I am currently working full time 8-5 pm Monday -Friday and have an hour for lunch where I can walk/feed your pet in between! Weekends are flexible I have a fenced in dog park nearby and plenty of walking trails around me! I also love to play with toys with dogs & cats. I am a very compassionate person and animals mean a lot to me.

Christina D.
“Christina absolutely LOVES her pug-babies!!! They ARE her life!! Rest assured she’ll treat your fur-babies like her own, spoiling them with lots of love and attention!!”

Jennifer H.

“Jenni has changed our lives! We have a very high energy boy and when we used to get home from work we would spend hours trying to tire him out, now he sleeps the second he gets home from daycare until the next morning. Jenni’s house is like a doggy paradise with fenced in land, hiking trails and a river! Marvin loves going so much I think he would like to move in. You can tell Jenni is very passionate and knowledgeable about all different dogs. Marvin is shy and scared to meet new people at first which is why we failed with so many daycares because no one took the time to gain his trust but just after one day with Jenni he was running to them like he’s known them his whole life. Jenni and her family are amazing and we couldn’t recommend them enough!! Thank you!!!”

Desirae B.

“Desirae took great care of our dog. She gave updates throughout the day. Daphne came home happy and tired. We will definitely use Desirae to watch Daphne again!”
