About: I’ve been caring for pets for a few years, mostly for close friends and family. Whether it’s feeding, walking, or just keeping them company while their family is away, I’ve always treated pets as my own. I often help with housesitting and babysitting as well, so I’ve learned to also juggle multiple responsibilities. About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was around ten years old. I have experience from pigs, bunnies, turtles, to cats and of course dogs! I have raised puppies of my own and senior dogs as well. I love pets in all shapes, sizes and most importantly, personalities! Be part of animal rescue foundations I have from 8 am to 11 am to attend to pets after prior coordination. It is also possible during the weekends and holidays if necessary It is important to exercise pets daily with a walk so they can stay happy and avoid stress. About: I am a Fear Free certified veterinary technician of 13 years who grew up in the show dog world (AKC) before getting into rescue as an adult. Throughout my long-lived animal career I have participated in puppy/kitten/basic obedience training, behavioral rehabilitation, dog sport training, senior care, care for animals with extreme medical needs, and owned/operated a group play doggie daycare. My jobs, hobbies, and passions are all centered around animals and I can't wait to bring that passion to you! I am home full-time, and available for puppies and animals with heavy needs. I have a fairly set schedule for all of the pets in my care, and that level of routine provides comfort to even the most nervous of pups. I am the only Fear Free pet carer in Bakersfield! I provide comforting classical music as well as calming pheromones in the sleeping spaces to make their stay as stress-free as possible. I have a fenced yard and never leave dogs together unsupervised. I do not provide an environment suitable for animals with a history of dog aggression. Small dogs I can be more flexible with, as their attitude usually comes from a place of fear and that is something I can work with for the little guys.

About: I’ve always hd dogs since I was little. I currently have 3 pitbulls at home. I do well with bathing them, walking them, and being sure they have food and water always. Pet care would be such a fun side business for me when I am not working on my full time job or at the gym. I am not able to take care of others dogs at my own home as there are 3 there already, but I am able to take of your dogs in whatever way you are most comfortable with.

“Joshua is a breath of fresh air for me and my poopers! He is extremely reliable, responsible and amazing with my doggos. You can tell he loves animals and mine sure do love him. He is so kind and respectful to them. (For example, this is one of many) My little girl is a stubborn puppy, he is so calm with her in his commands . He will tell her "no ma'am" in the nicest voice, when she jumps on him. This may be a small thing for some, but lemme tell you, she is as stubborn as they get. Additionally, he works on training them, on my puppies dominance issues, utilizing commands, and leash training. Honestly, I lucked out. He really goes above and beyond. If you need a person who is going to love your babies and reliably show up, Joshua is your man. I've been with Rover for over 5 years and Joshua supersedes the rest.
