I would trust her to take care of my pets and my home any time.”

“Charlotte was an amazing dogsitter to our pup! She was responsive throughout the entire process, sending frequent updates and amenable to all of our requests. About: I have grown up with dogs and cats and have developed the deep love and understanding of pet care. I have learned how to recognize the subtle signs of an animals needs, which help me provide the best care possible. I understand how important it is for pet owners to know that their pets are in safe hands, which is why I always communicate regularly and provide updates. You can always count on me to show up and provide a nurturing environment. I am excited to extend care and attention to other furry friends! I am currently a student at the University of The Incarnate Word. I am typically available from 12 to 6 pm however, could also do very early in the morning. When I am caring for pets in a client’s home my priority is to create a safe, comfortable and trusting environment. I follow any specific instructions from the pet owner regarding food, exercise, and behavior, maintaining consistency to reduce any anxiety. I will always make sure that the pet has access to freshwater and plenty of affection. I focus on maintaining a calm and protective environment so both the pet and owner feel at ease knowing they are in trustworthy hands.

“Melisa did a great job taking care of our dog and home while away. She sent lots of updates which was really appreciated. We’ve had Melisa dog sit for us before and would recommend her to others!”

“I can't say enough positive things about Jared. We had an issue with our house while we were away and he was extremely communicative about it and attentive to our dog, spending extra time with him.”

“I was So STREESED! I hired a sitter from Care.com months in advance, the day before I requested a visit so my dogs could met her, she was a no show, and then canceled, I hired two more one canceled the other no communication the day of the service. I Googled & found Rover, requested a shortened getaway as I lost a day and was thankful Jorge agreed to sit. Finally. stress gone. Everything exceeded expectations. Punctual with schedule given to him, updates provided, even with video if needed. Came home and everything was as if I never left. I Highly Recommend.”

“Sarah took good care of our 3 pups. When we got back from our trip, our house looked just as we left it. She's timely, responsive and sent pics. I would hire Sarah again to watch my dogs in the future.”

About: I have a genuine connection to animals and care deeply for them. In my own home I care for a senior dog and two bunnies. I always give my animals my first and my best. My schedule is flexible as I prepare for graduate school. My goal is to make some connections with families that need additional pet care that I can work my schedule around to accommodate theirs. In my client's home I will be sure to understand and fulfill all of the specific expectations they have for their pets. I will provide love, comfort and a safe environment for any and all pets. While you are away, at work or just need a little extra support I will make sure your sweet pet feels all the love they are missing.

“Christopher stepped in at the last minute when my usual sitter cancelled, and absolutely saved the day! He was thorough, professional, asked insightful questions, and ensured I came home to two very happy cats! A true life saver”

“Jesus is the best. I have a high energy dog with severe little quirks. Jesus did an awesome job of bonding with her and keeping her entertained. Highly recommended.”

“**Professional + Caring + Respectful** This was my first time booking a Rover house stay so I was really nervous. Odalys made the entire process so easy, even agreeing to a meet and greet a few days before my planned travel to make sure it was a good fit, and it was. She was very patient with me and my pups, followed the care instructions perfectly, sent multiple pictures and updates throughout each day that I was away, and was very respectful of my home. I could tell from the pics that my stranger averse pups really warmed up to her so I know what she was kind to them. I plan to book her again and would highly recommend her. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and kindness really set the bar!”

“Sarah was incredible! We received frequent updates with photos and she even went above and beyond to sweep, mop and wash the items that she used during her stay. Our senior doggo Jay got his walks, food, water, cuddles and most importantly attention that he is so used to when we wind down each evening. I must say, this was our first overnight booking with Rover and Sarah helped make it a VERY positive experience. We will certainly be hosting overnight Rover stays again, specifically with Sarah because it went so well and allowed us comfort and confidence in both our dog and home during our time away. Book Sarah!!”

“Ciria brought me so much piece of mind during a last minute booking during a family emergency. Ciria sent frequent photos, videos, and updates, and followed my instructions to a T! I'd absolutely use Ciria again.”

“Kris was awesome with our girls! Our youngest is quite nervous around new people but Kris was great with her. We thought she’d just hide in her kennel but she sent so many photo updates of her playing out and about! Thanks again for taking such good care of them!”

“As I told Marina, “We got home and the dogs were very happy, but didn’t go bonkers and that’s awesome! Thank you very much :) “. Seriously, I was relieved they were so relaxed!”

About: A new chapter has me working from home full-time — and I’m so excited to open my home again! I’d love to care for your pup while you’re away, offering cuddles, calm vibes, and a cozy space shared with my two small resident dogs. 🐾 Meet the Crew: Iggy is my 13-year-old tripod and self-appointed commander-in-chief. He mostly keeps to his cozy corner, supervising the house and making sure playtime doesn’t get out of hand. Dolly is my 4-year-old shadow. She’s a little shy at first but warms up quickly. If your pup wants to play, she’s in — but she’s just as happy to nap nearby and match their energy. 💛 My Experience: I fostered dogs for over seven years — from tiny puppies to more sensitive or reactive rescues. That variety helped me get really good at reading dog dynamics, adjusting space, and creating a low-stress, respectful environment for everyone involved. 🏡 My Setup: Pups have free roam of the living room and kitchen (with lots of nap spots — doggy couch included!) I use baby gates and barriers to create calm zones or give dogs space when needed If I step out briefly, I can crate your pup if you prefer — or I can safely separate mine in the bedroom and give yours the run of the main space I rotate rest time so every pup gets solo downtime when needed — it’s always about keeping things calm and dog-centered We also have a medium-large backyard (fully fenced, about 20 yards long), no cats or kids, and lots of cozy options for sleep and chill time. Whether your pup is a cuddlebug, a watcher, or a play-in-the-yard type, I’ll follow their lead and make sure they feel safe, seen, and cared for. I currently work fully remote and am home all day — your dog will never be alone for long stretches. My own pups are a huge part of my life (they probably eat better than I do), and I deeply believe dogs rely on us for reassurance, love, and care. I do everything I can to live up to that, every single day. During my break from Rover, I continued fostering — over 100 puppies in the last few years. At the time, I was still going into the office, which wasn’t ideal, but it was still better than them staying at risk in the shelter. That chapter taught me so much about different temperaments, special needs, and how to create an environment where dogs feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for — even when it’s not their usual home. Safety and trust are everything in my home. I don’t take guest pups on walks — my neighborhood occasionally has loose dogs, and I’d rather eliminate that risk altogether. Instead, all outdoor time happens in my fully fenced backyard, and I’m always outside supervising. My immediate neighbors don’t have dogs, so there’s no fence-line tension — just the occasional curious cat that might cause a short ruckus. Indoors, I keep the environment clean, calm, and free of hazards, with soft barriers and rest zones to help everyone feel safe and settled. I also regularly review the Red Cross Pet First Aid app to stay up to date on emergency protocols like choking or injury. Your pup’s comfort and safety are never left to chance — they’re at the center of everything I do.

“I had a great experience with Courtney! She was friendly, reliable and took wonderful care of Chiquita while I was away. I have a sphynx and they tend to be a little high maintenance, and it was great knowing she was in good hands. I really appreciated the updates and pictures. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring cat sitter!”
