About: Hi! My name is Lyandra, but you can call me Lyah. I was born in Brazil and am a U.S. resident. Caring for animals has always been a part of my life, and it’s truly my passion. Today, I share my home with two cats and one dog, who are the loves of my life. They remind me every day why I chose to dedicate my life to caring for animals. My love for pets became even stronger because of my Shih Tzu, Thor. I lost him six years ago, but he completely changed my life. His unconditional love inspired me to dedicate myself to caring for animals with even more compassion and purpose. I have his real paw print tattooed on my shoulder as a daily reminder that every pet deserves to be loved, cherished, and treated like family. Caring for other people’s pets is my way of honoring the legacy he left in my heart. I live in a pet-friendly apartment community in Everett with a large, fully fenced dog park, a professional pet washing station, beautiful walking trails along the river, nearby parks, beaches, and hiking trails. Every outing is based on your dog’s personality, energy level, age, and your preferences. Whether your dog enjoys relaxing walks, outdoor adventures, playtime, or simply cuddling at home, I customize their stay to make them feel safe, comfortable, and happy. I provide frequent potty breaks, fresh water, daily walks, supervised playtime, photo and video updates, and lots of love and attention throughout the day. I am also Pet First Aid & CPR certified because your pet’s safety is my highest priority. If your dog is used to sleeping in bed, they’re more than welcome to sleep in bed with us. My husband and I always joke that our bed belongs more to the pets than it does to us! ❤️🐾 To me, pets are family. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, peaceful, and enriching environment where every dog feels completely at home while you’re away. I can’t wait to welcome your furry family member and care for them as if they were one of my own. I stay at home, your dog will enjoy companionship, personalized attention, and dedicated care throughout the day. I provide frequent potty breaks, daily walks, playtime, and a safe, supervised environment where your pet will never feel lonely. My home is shared with three friendly resident pets an 8 month old puppy who loves meeting new friends and two gentle cats. For everyone’s comfort and safety, I only accept dogs that are friendly with cats. Please note that I do not offer pick-up or drop-off services unless transportation is arranged through Uber or another ride service. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. Although I live in an apartment, my community offers a large, fully fenced dog park, and we’re located right next to the river with beautiful walking paths. We also have easy access to Forest Park and nearby hiking trails, giving your dog plenty of opportunities for exercise, enrichment, and outdoor adventures. My apartment community also features a professional pet washing station, similar to a pet grooming salon. I keep a clean, calm, and pet-friendly home where every dog is supervised and treated with the same love, patience, and care as if they were my own. I also send regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your furry family member is happy, safe, and having a wonderful time while you’re away.

About: I’ve had a passion for animal care since I was small. I have 3 of my own and have gained more knowledge from working in a kennel environment. I do currently have a 8-4 job throughout the week so I would prefer if drop offs/pick ups were between 7am-7:30am or after 4:30pm and on. I love taking care of dogs that I will do it outside of my employment which also entails taking care of dogs since I work in a boarding facility. I care for pets like if they were my own pets. Also following directions that the owner may have, and giving updates whether it’s a message or a photo to give the owner peace of mind while they are away.

We have experience managing low to moderate reactivity and helping shy and anxious pups gain confidence. I work 5 days a week at a wonderful dog daycare with my business partner, and we have very different schedules so we can accommodate morning, midday, or afternoon walks, no matter the day. We have enough regular business that we have experienced just about anything a walk around the neighborhood can throw at us. For most walks and drop-in visits, we want to maximize the time your dog spends outside. We are pretty quick to get harnesses and jackets on so we can get out the door. Locking the door behind us is part of the routine so you know your home is safe even when we are out on a walk. We like to know where cleaning supplies are located, so we can get accidents or spills cleaned up. We are happy to refresh your pet's water bowl after the walk, feed them a quick lunch/treat, or get in some play time or snuggles on the couch! We do not enter rooms without permission and are always respectful of your things.

The space features large open windows and skylights that allow an abundance of natural sunlight to fill the home, making it an ideal setting for dogs who enjoy relaxing and sunbathing as my own Annie once did. I also have a large crate available for dogs who are crate trained and find comfort in it. Dogs are welcome on the couch, as I believe they should feel at home, relaxed, and included during their stay. My goal is to provide a calm, secure, and welcoming environment where your dog can feel comfortable and cared for at all times.

About: 2026 update. My lap is nearly always occupied by an 11 year old black cat named Darth Vader. He is bold and social with people, cats, and dogs. Then theres our oldest, Mimi, a 13 year old black cat who is much more timid. Thumbs, our polydactyl calico floof is 6 years old now. Thumbs also hides out often. Both girls have come out of their hidden spots once used to guests. I’ve been around animals as long as I can remember. For many years I had large dogs, pitbulls and mixes. Most of my pets have started off as rescues, but all became loved family members. Our dogs have all crossed the rainbow bridge, but that didn’t remove my talent, passion and care with canines. I currently work part time in Mukilteo. My profession will take priority for roughly 6 hours a week. I do not work overtime, nor on weekends. This seems like a strange question. I care for my pets by feeding them, making sure they have water, cuddling and loving them, walks, and sometimes just naps together.

About: I’m highly experienced in caring for a wide variety of dogs, including elderly bernese mountain dogs, anxious english bulldogs, territorial pomeranian puppies, cuddly golden retrievers, playful pitbull mixes, and more! I’m an expert at customizing my care around the personality of your canines. If a dog is anxious and shy, I’ll take them on a less busy route for our walk and watch their comfort level closely. If your pet is energetic and doesn’t get along well with others, I’ll avoid other animals when we’re out and give them lots of playtime! If your dog just needs cuddles on the couch and someone to administer their medicine, I’m more than happy to do that as well. I’ve taken care of multi-dog households many times, and it’s always a pleasure. I'm currently unemployed and have a wide-open schedule. I'm available for whatever you need, seven days a week. I can stay at your house for the day or overnight if you prefer. I'm also available for multiple drop-in visits throughout the day. I follow the rules of the home I'm visiting. Whether you prefer shoes on or shoes off, I'll respect your preference! I also stay in communication with pet owners. I'll keep you updated on your animal's well-being and be alert for signs of concerning behaviors or health problems. I always pay attention to each animal's specific communication style and respect their needs. I speak in a quiet and comforting tone of voice to keep pets calm and make them feel as safe as possible.

About: I’ve had dogs small and large since I was 12. From Chihuahuas to a German Shepherd. I have experience taking care of and walking dogs of all shapes and sizes. I’d love to take your dog or dog(s) for a lovely walk or drop by to check in on them while you’re out for the day. I currently work from home and have the company of my two dogs, Sol (a very dog friendly terrier mix rescue) and King (a sweet pitbull brindle mix rescue). With summer coming to a close I can walk dogs at mostly anytime of the day. I currently do not offer in home doggy day care or boarding, but can work with you for drop ins. I would love the opportunity to make your pet a part time family member in our home and give you the reassurance your pet is happy and safe while you are away! I have a 12 year old, neutered male husky that would love a part time buddy, and a neutered male cat. If your little one doesnt like other pets, I can keep them separated, no problem! Your pup is only allowed on the furniture if YOU allow them to be! They are both great with cats and dogs. My child is in school for most of the day and I usually work a few days out of the week due to my online education needs, so I have the entire day to fit your care into my schedule. I also keep pet areas clean, offer lots of affection and attention, and provide updates to ensure peace of mind for the pet parent.
