She left our apartment spotless-and honestly probably cleaner than when she got here. She was on time on arrival and followed our instructions to the letter. “We initially had a bit of communication fail at the start of dog care but after we communicated efficiently, Kim took great care of our Shih Tzu puppy while we were away and she took great care of our home. She sent many videos and photos through each day updating me on what our puppy was up to which we appreciated. Make sure you clearly communicate how and where care takes place, if your animal will be around other animals, walks/transportation, other guests present & your pets schedule to follow.
