About: I’ve taken care of and loved many types of animals over the years. I treat them like the family members that they are. Pretty certain that our Bo doesn’t realize he’s a dog. 😂 I love all animals and would love to have more so helping others care for their pets will allow me to have more animals to love in my life I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I am able to create my own schedule so having the time for pet sitting, walking, care…. won’t be an issue. Full transparency, I do not have a fenced yard but have a very large screened porch on the rear of our house. I take our dog on walks daily and he enjoys time on the back porch, but don’t leave him out there unattended. Only when we’re out there with him, which is often.

12. Alexis O.
About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs since the age of 14, ranging from all different breeds (Staffordshire Terrier, Husky, Rottweiler, Dachshund mix, Pitbull), and I am always trusted to take care of my neighbors’ and friends’ pets as well (including cat sitting). I am reliable in feeding, walking, playing, and providing lots of TLC! I have cared for dogs with poor vision, loss of hearing, ones needing diapers, and elderly pets. I can easily adapt to your pet’s lifestyle, as in a certain amount of playtime/exercise, or extra feeding! I am able to provide update photos if needed and respond in a timely manner to messages. Please reach out if you have any questions 🙂 I am currently in between jobs so my availability is open. I’m looking to take bookings and can guarantee my time for your pet :) I do not own any pets in my current residence as it’s not the most fitting place for one (second floor apartment). I care greatly about having your trust to watch your pet in its home where it feels most comfortable! I will happily meet whatever expectations you have for that. If needing walking, I can provide a leash or use one that you provide, and for drop-ins I can spend as little or as long as needed to complete the care for your pet!

13. Abigail L.
“Abby has watched my cavapoo multiple times! She’s the best. She loves playing and cuddling with her, and I know my pup is in the best care with her. Addie can be a runner and must be on a leash when she is outside, so you can’t just open the door for her, and Abby has always been very accommodating. I highly recommend Abby’s services!”

14. Rikki F.

“Rikki did a great job with the dogs. She stayed in our home and was with them the majority of the time, as agreed upon. She was friendly and personable and sent updates daily, complete with pics of our happy pups. Already have her booked twice more this year!”

15. Emily K.

“Emily was awesome! She was a great communicator and a good photographer as well, lol! My dog was so spoiled when I got home she virtually ignored me and kept hoping Emily would return!!”

16. Jordan R.
“Jordan has taken care of our dogs for years. He is very attentive and loving with him. They are so happy to see him every time he comes over to visit. He also makes sure everything is okay with our house when we’re gone on longer trips.”

17. Michaela J.
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs, since I was about to be seven. I took care of my families and neighbors animals. Till I got out of high school. I’m currently looking for a job. But I’m hoping this job will help me rediscover my passion to be a vet tech. Because I put that dream aside for my kids. I have a fenced in yard. I have one furry baby, and two kids. My kids are six and a newborn. So your furry friends will have lots of love.

18. Derek W.
About: Growing up we were a pet family - included cats, dogs, rats (I know), hamsters, fish, and reptiles. As an adult I have been responsible for caring for the pets of my friends and family. Including "high maintenance dogs, e.g requiring medication 3 times a day, needing an ointment on their skin etc. I have looked after dogs and cats ranging from a few months to end of life care, including those visually impaired. I currently have no pets of my own so am looking forward to devoting my care to your pet. My full-time job is flexible in terms of hours and I can work from home if your pet needs extra attention. This allows for the flexibility for scheduling walks or boarding. I am available most days for all activities depending on the day. I have a pet friendly home in a beautiful area of Midtown so if walks are needed it the best environment. Other pets would need their homes if they require (crate, terrarium etc). I live in a clean, calm, environment that all pets can enjoy.

19. Caroline H.

“Caroline was absolutely amazing! She stayed at my home with my dogs (I have 2 pit-mixes) for the weekend. She provided me with regular updates, and put my mind at ease while I was away. I came home to some happy and well taken care of pups! Will definitely book with Caroline again!”

20. Hannah T.
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my genuine love for animals and the meaningful experience I’ve gained over the years. I spent many years volunteering at the Humane Society, where I cared for animals with a wide range of needs, from energetic puppies to senior pets who require extra patience and care. I also have two dogs and a cat of my own, so I truly understand how important it is to have someone you can trust to care for your fur babies! Also to caring for my own pets, I’ve regularly pet sat for families in my area and even drove over three hours to care for a family’s pets after they moved because the bond I build with both pets and their people means everything to me. My flexible schedule and remote part-time work allow me to give each pet plenty of attention, consistency, and love throughout the day. Pet care is pretty easy to fit into my daily routine, especially since I work remotely part-time as a care coordinator. I just graduated with my master’s in child life and I’m studying for my certification exam in August, so my schedule is really flexible right now. That gives me plenty of time to stay on top of feeding, walks, playtime, and just making sure the furry friends gets lots of attention and care throughout the day! I care for furry friends by making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I stick to their usual routine as much as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any medications if needed. I also pay attention to their body language and behavior to make sure they’re happy and healthy. In a client’s home, I’m always respectful of their space and any specific instructions they leave, and I make sure everything is clean and secure before I leave!
