Dalton was so sweet, knowledgeable and patient that by day 2 of a week long pet sit, Buddy was completely at ease and happy. Dalton sent us updates every day with photos and details of their day. When we got home, the house was as if we never left, and he actually washed his bedding. Your pets will be in the best of hands and we simply cannot recommend him enough. About: I’ve taken care of animals as long as I can remember and I enjoy it immensely. I use to raise and show Boxers and Dobermans. After that I started fostering for a number of different rescues so I have a lot of experience with different breeds and situations. I also helped with training so the dogs were more adoptable. I have had different sizes of dogs from a Lhasa Apso to Great Danes. I have also had horses, goats, cows, pigs ( inside and outside)and chickens. About: I've been caring for animals my whole life; I grew up on a farm with 15 horses, many chickens, goats, and of course lots of cats & dogs. I've been professionally caring for animals since 2011 where I worked as a vet tech specializing in rehabilitating competition horses. I have the perfect property for playing with large groups of dogs with a lot of fenced-in land. I work from home, and I spend most of my weekends working on projects around the property, making both my weekdays & weekends perfect for dog sitting. I have a double-doggy-door system; the first doggy door in the kitchen leads to the screened-in back patio, then the 2nd doggy door goes from the patio to the fenced-in back yard so dogs can go use the bathroom whenever they need. I take frequent breaks from my computer and play with the doggo’s! I live on a peaceful 6-acre property off a dirt road surrounded by cow and horse farms. 1-acre is fenced in off the house just for the dogs - with beautiful oak & pine trees that provide a lot of shade. The screened-in back patio has carpeting, dog beds, & fans. Inside the home, there are extra dog beds & toys in every room. I have a senior female dog who mostly keeps to herself, and a very loving and energetic girl who will play endlessly with any dog of any size. I have an in-&-out cat that has his own space. I frequently watch dogs that are not friendly with cats since I can keep everyone separated if need be.

About: I have had dogs and cats my entire life and have a passion for animals. I regularly housesit for family who have three dogs (two small one large). I have experience with senior animals and am on time with medications. I am currently unemployed and start college in the fall. My classes are my main priority but I would like some money on the side. I have enough time between classes to do some “side quests”. I have lots of free time and would like to fill it with sweet babies. I can easily give commands to dogs in a non aggressive manner and can crate them. I’m an active person so lifting large animals or keeping a lead tight is easy. I have my own vehicle with no issues getting from point A to point B.
