I work full-time at the University of Southern Mississippi, so I understand how important reliability, communication, and trust are. I’m looking to offer flexible evening and weekend pet care and would love to help give pet owners peace of mind knowing their pets are in good hands. I’m happy to provide updates, photos, and extra attention to help both you and your pet feel comfortable. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I work full-time at the University of Southern Mississippi and have availability during evenings, weekends, and some daytime hours on work-from-home days. I enjoy being active and spending time with animals, so walks and drop-in visits are a great fit for my schedule and lifestyle I focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while keeping their normal routine as consistent as possible. During walks and drop-in visits, I make sure pets get attention, exercise, fresh water, potty breaks, and plenty of care and patience. About: I grew up with cats, dogs, turtles, lizards… basically anything I could get away with bringing home. I have been a pet parent to my cats, Maybell for the last 10 years, and Gia for the last 6. They are precious girls that I love dearly, and I have extensive experience with varieties of dog breeds from working at a boarding and grooming facility! I work full time as a physical therapist during the week days and miss getting to have dogs around to love on! As an outdoors fanatic and someone who seeks movement throughout my days, being an add on walker/per sitter in my free time is a dream job of a way to get to be around the pets I love (but can’t currently have due to a skiddish older cat!) and my passion for taking care of others! I am comfortable with medication dispensing due to previously caring for highly medically complex family pets, as well as extensive time working at a boarding and grooming facility which taught me a myriad of tips for caring for easy and more finicky pets all alike!! I can provide and manage crate care, walking, running, and hiking experiences for your pet during a stay but also as happy to couch potato with your pup!

About: I have had dogs, sometimes multiple ones, all my life. I am an animal lover, and advocate, of all kinds of animals. I just lost my Maltese of 13 years old which traveled the world with me literally. I was only away from him for two nights his whole life, and that was bc he spent the night at the vets one night, and I spent the night at the hospital one night. He went everywhere with me. From restaurants to Walmart. If I went he went. I have no children, so he was my child. I will treat your baby with the same love, and care. I have a newly build house with an acre that is fenced in. So, if your dog is large and likes to run outside, it can. I also have a screened in back porch. You baby will be safe and loved in my home. I am retired and spend most of my time at home. So your dog will be supervised, as per hour request. I am flexible and will listen to the owners request, as much as possible. I have a fenced in acre of land. I also have a screen in back porch. If you have small dogs, they can run freely, and I would stay outside to watch them. If you have large dogs they can stay out all they want. Dogs love me! They know if you are of good character, or not.

She took them out and spent several hours with them a day. We originally booked for overnight but because she lives so close we let her do drop in visits and it worked out just as well.
