“Luz was taking care of our two small dogs for 5 days. We were getting multiple daily updates with pictures. The pups were happy and relaxed. They came home and acted like they did not notice any change. We used to left them in vets office where they were caged for the most part, so it was always adjustment to come from there. With Luz they were allowed to be around the house free. Still had their cage for feeling secure. Just like at home. We loved the experience and we would recommend Luz's house for any pet owner. We will be using her service in the future. Thank you.”

“simply put Valerie was amazing. She sent us amazing videos and updates of our pup everyday and was on top of everything. My wife and I were nervous about having our pup be watched by someone else for the first time while we were away and Valerie put your worries to bed. Could not recommend someone more and will 100% be working with Valerie again 12/10!!”

“Tito is a rescue dog and very nervous. I was worried how he was going to be with Jennifer as he has separate anxiety. When I went to pick him up he was so happy and comfortable. I will using Jennifer again. I would recommend Jennifer as she is great with dogs and very flexible.”
“Dee is awesome. This is our second time using her services and our baby, Coco loves staying with her. This makes us feel very comfortable. She gives us updates that things are good and sends photos too. She is very reliable and communicative. We are happy that we have someone that takes such good care of our baby. Thank you, Dee!”

“Alison & Michael are phenomenal sitters and took excellent care of my 2 dogs!! They sent frequent updates and I never had to worry about anything. Highly recommend this couple. Professional, communicative, and responsible.”
“We’ve never left our dog for Ruby since we’ve rescued her in 2018, every vacation we’ve taken her with us. This is the first time we left Ruby to go to Tampa and Morgan was recommended to me. Morgan was fantastic. The three days we were away communication, photos, videos, and updates were consistent. We feel so comfortable with Morgan that we can’t wait to go away again and know that somebody has Ruby‘s best interest.”

“Best dog sitter I have ever met ! They took care of my girl like if she is part of her family. I can’t thank them enough for all the service they offered. Delilah is thankful for the lovely time she got with you !!! Thank you again”

“Thank you for taking such good care of my dogs while we were away. I could tell they were very happy with you. Thanks for sending all of the photos and videos. I will definitely be using you again!”

“Our 3-yr old Bernedoodle had an amazing time with Lia and her family. They were so kind and affectionate and truly cared for his welfare during the 3 nights he was boarded at their home. Don't hesitate to board your dog here. You won't regret it.”

“Penny was great. Very attentive and friendly. My puppy was a bit nervous and hasn’t spent a lot of time around other dogs but she was helpful with making him feel comfortable. I will definitely use her again!”

“Sheree was so easy to book with, prompt and quick set up. Tricky enjoyed his stay and Sheree kept me up to date with pictures. I definitely recommend!”

About: Hi! I bring over 12 years of experience in animal welfare, including working as an animal care technician, veterinary nurse and surgical nurse. I am also Fear Free Certified. I’ve cared for pets of all ages and medical needs, from energetic puppies to senior and medically complex animals. I’m comfortable administering medications, fluids, and providing any specialized care your pet may need. I will also be sending daily videos and pictures or your dog. Your pet will be welcomed into a calm, loving home environment and it is truly a home away from home. We only host one family at a time to ensure each pet receives personalized attention and a low-stress experience. I enjoy spending time at home, and I live in a peaceful neighborhood where we can go for long walks; therefore, I will make sure your dog is never alone for more than 4 hours a day while staying with me, so they will always have company, supervision, and care. While I am at work, my husband Kirklyn, a retired first responder and nurse, will take over for any care needed at the time. We are a family that genuinely loves animals. I’ve fostered kittens and puppies and helped friends with their animals for years. I treat every dog like part of my own family. My dog, Bingo (4year old, neutered shih-tzu) is very friendly, playful, with positive energy, and enjoys the company of other dogs, making it easy for new pets to feel comfortable and at ease. If you’re looking for a safe, loving, attentive, and experienced home for your pet, I’d love to help. Hablo Espanol! I work in the animal welfare sector from Monday through Friday, occasionally working from home. I am close to home anyways; my job is 20 min away from home. Realistically, the majority of the time your pup will have company. Husband is a retired firefighter-paramedic and nurse and he is home all the time. Our child has always lived with animals, and he is a very kind, 9-year-old animal lover who will always be supervised while animals are present. We also have cameras in the house and can monitor the pups while not home. Your dog will be part of our family, they will sleep, play, lay down to watch TV with us, will be free roaming in the house (however. I can implement any crate routines as requested per owner) and will be taken out for walks on a leash 4 times a day. I will follow all your feeding and care instructions, including medications. I will be sending you videos and photos daily. Our dog, Bingo, is dog and cat friendly. He loves everyone, actually. We can do a dog meet if needed. Your dog will be part of our family while they stay with us!
“Thank you for the great service. Anna provided frequent updates along with pictures of how my dog was doing. We really appreciate the level of care provided to our pet. Thank you!”

“Genevieve (and her husband) are amazing and have spoiled my baby girl Dria whether it be for day boarding or for the week while I was out of town. Dria jumps out of the car and cries the minute we arrive at her house and comes home exhausted - the sign of a happy dog :-) I get updates throughout the day which I love and she's so flexible! I can't say enough great things about her and the love she gives the dogs in her care!”

“We are so grateful for the wonderful care our Clara was given. She was happy to come back home, but it was clear she felt comfortable during her stay without us. The daily updates we received while she was away really gave us peace of mind and showed how much attention she was given. We couldn’t have asked for a better dogsitter!”

“Mary Ann Is the best. My dogs had a routine vet exam the day before our visit and they were sent home with soooo many meds and Mary took care of it like a champ”

“Best dog sitter on Rover! Marcie clearly knows what she’s doing and how to handle dogs. My dog can be a handful at times but Marcie has developed a good bond with her and my dog seems genuinely happy to see her. Definitely recommend Marcie”

“Thank you for taking a good care of Brewsky for us! we got video and photos updates of him during stay and Brewsky had a wonderful time with other dogs!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - River Walk
Luz cared for our senior dog on short notice when we had to go out of town. She was GREAT! Excellent communication and care. She sent photos, took him on walks, and kept him very happy. She even went out and bought him some extra food when we packed too little. We would love to return to Luz for our next trip!

Ranya was everything you would want in a dog sitter. She sent plenty of pics. She kept in constant communication. She even went out of her way to pick up my dog Kody because she knew we had last minute plans for spring break. She is awesome and definitely would call her again for the future.

Dee is awesome. This is our second time using her services and our baby, Coco loves staying with her. This makes us feel very comfortable. She gives us updates that things are good and sends photos too. She is very reliable and communicative. We are happy that we have someone that takes such good care of our baby. Thank you, Dee!
