“Faith was great with our Gina. She even made sure to ask questions about care for Gina, to make sure that she would have everything she needed. It was a last-minute booking, and faith made us feel comfortable, leaving our fur baby in her care.”

“Jailah was incredible! She helped me when I made several errors making my first booking. She sent great pics and was great with the dogs! Definitely will book again:).”

“This is the 3rd time we have used Claire and we would continuously use her if it weren’t for us moving. She sends pictures every single day. Our cats are terrified of strangers but they’ve grown to love her which has surprised us COMPLETELY. Not because of the person she is but because that’s how scared our cats are of strangers. She takes amazing care of them and nothing less. My cats are always so, so happy when we come home (because they get to see us but more because they got to have a friend to hang out with for a few days to get away from their parents) and they’re well fed. She takes the time to play with them and make sure they’re active. She is always asking questions if things she can do for them to make them happier, or maybe ask about other toys we have to stimulate them. She’s a pet lover and it shows. She’s the only one I trust to pet sit my cats and the only person I trust to leave alone in my home. Sayings she’s amazing is an understatement. You HAVE to hire her for your babies.”

About: I’ve cared for animals of all types my entire life. This includes bunnies, hedgehogs, guinea pigs, fish, turtles, and of course, dogs! I have a 9 year old rescue named Nala, though she now lives happily with my grandmother, who spoils her endlessly. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I truly love being around them. My experience has given me a calm and confident approach with pets of all kinds and personalities. While I’m unfortunately allergic to cats, I absolutely love caring for dogs and other small animals. I’m happy to offer walks, check-ins, and pet sitting in my home. I treat every pet like family and make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. I also do my best to give parents peace of mind with plenty of updates and communication. I’m a recent pharmacy graduate currently studying for my licensure exams, so I’m home full time and have open availability throughout the week. This allows me to give your pup plenty of attention, keep a consistent routine, and provide regular updates. I offer sitting exclusively in my home, where your fur baby will feel safe, comfortable, and loved. My home is cozy and pet-friendly, with plenty of room for your companion to relax, play, and enjoy their time with me. Whether it’s snuggling on the couch or running around in the yard, I’ll make sure they have a fun and stress free stay, and ensure they feel at ease while you're away. I’m happy to follow any specific instructions you provide such as feeding schedules, medication, or special needs. Trust is key, so I always make sure to provide regular updates and photos, ensuring you're always in the loop about how your pet is doing.

“Kristyn is wonderful with my pets. My cats have diabetes and need insulin injections. Kristyn is comfortable with the special needs the boys have and is willing to do any care needed. She is also patient with my big Newfie. I have used Kristyn a few times Since our relocation to the area and would highly recommend her ! I have peace of mind leaving my boys in her care !”

About: For over 10 years, I’ve been the trusted pet sitter for friends and family. My duties are basically stopping in to make sure pets are fed, have fresh water, and most importantly, feel cared for while their humans are away. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, whether that’s going for walks, tossing a favorite toy, or just keeping them company. My experience is mostly with drop-ins and walks, and I take pride in being reliable, attentive, and making pets feel safe and happy in their own environment. I work full time, spending two to three days in the office and the rest working from home, which gives me a flexible schedule. During the week, I’m available for afternoon walks and early morning or evening drop-ins. On weekends, I can do drop-ins up to three times a day and am available for walks at almost any time. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I always start by checking the space to make sure everything is safe and clean, just in case there was an accident or something seems off. I make sure they have fresh water, food, and a treat if it’s part of their routine. Depending on the pet’s needs, we’ll either head to the yard or go for a walk around the neighborhood. I approach every visit with a calm and nurturing energy, which helps pets feel safe and relaxed around me. Building trust and creating a peaceful environment is always my priority.

“I hired Jackie to come to my apartment once a week and check on my two beta fish tanks and my tarantula. I was so relieved that she took the job because a lot of people are too intimidated by spiders to accept. She went above and beyond taking care of my fish and my spider, going so far as to troubleshoot my filters and test my tank water. She is extremely knowledgeable about fish and spent a lot of time making sure they were OK. This is so much more than I expected and I felt so confident leaving my pets in her care. She was Amazing with my tarantula and even offered to go to the store and get more crickets for her when she ran out. She sent me pictures and asked questions when she wasn’t sure how to proceed with her and I was really relieved to know that all of my pets were getting a lot of attention and care. It was very obvious that Jackie really cared about doing a good job of taking care of my pets. She is very detailed with her check-in visits and always takes pictures. she is extremely capable and responsible and I felt very safe giving her my keys and access to my house. I would hire Jackie again in a second and if you are looking for a sign to hire her, this is definitely it! Wish I could give her 100 stars.”

“Karen was amazing with our elderly pup! She took the utmost care and was super communicative during every in home visit. We will def be repeat clients of hers in the future and recommend that you join us!”

“Laura made our Thanksgiving so stress free! Thank you for coming to let our babies out (on a holiday). I’m sure they loved you, and thanks to you we could relax and go visit our family. Hope to use you again in the future : )”

“She’s just awesome!!! She’s on time and professional. Gives great feedback on each visit giving us ease of mind. I will continue using Liz to take care of my fur babies.”

About: Hello and thank you for considering me to take care of your fur baby! I love animals and have had them all my life. I grew up on a small farm with everything from cats and dogs to goats, chickens, and llamas. At the moment I currently have a senior cat named Jackson who’s living his best indoor/outdoor kitty life. In addition to being an animal lover, I am also a board certified general surgeon! I am comfortable with administering medication and injections if needed. Whether it be going for a walk or stop being by for some chin scratches, I’m your girl! I look forward to meeting you and your pet(s). I currently work full-time so unfortunately and unable to offer weekday boarding. However, I am available for drop in visits and walking services throughout the week. For clients with an enclosed yard, I am happy to go outside to help your pet stretch their legs and play. Otherwise pets will be kept on a leash at all times while on walks.

“Kallie was so so so amazing! She did an amazing job communicating and sending lots of pictures, which made this super nervous pet parent’s first trip away a LOT easier! The pets warmed up to her super quickly, and she followed instructions I had left very well! Would highly recommend trusting her with your pets!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life from puppies to the end care of life, have trained all of them, love my sweet Labrador I’m currently out of work so I’ll have plenty of time to visit and walk and play with your beloved dogs. I’ll care for them as my own. I will respect your requests and rules for your dog to keep them safe, happy and healthy. I’m always aware of the surroundings and take precautions when taking a dog for walks.

About: I’ve always had multiple dogs in my household since I was little, so I’m very used to taking care of animals. Since I’ve moved away, I miss my dogs and other animals a lot, so I love pet sitting! I’ve watched cats, dogs, birds, and even chickens. I’m very on time when it comes to walk and feeding schedules (and bed times if that’s something you do). At home full time so I’ll have plenty of time for your babies! I’m also very organized with my schedule so if you have any preferences or restrictions for your pets, please don’t hesitate to let me know! I live near Haydel‘s Bakery in Jefferson (such a plus right?). I have a house that has a fenced in backyard as well. Very safe and quiet neighborhood, love it!

“As of early March, we'd lived in the Nola area for only one month and hadn't had luck finding a dog sitter we trusted. So when an emergency trip to Iowa arose, I was in quite a bind, as we were needing to be gone for over a week. I searched Rover carefully, did a "meet and greet" with 3-4 potential sitters and came into the good fortune of finding Stacey. I truly believe she was a gift sent straight from God himself! The dogs and I immediately hit it off, and I could sense her true love for animals. So we set up 10 days of sitting and everything went BEAUTIFULLY!! My dogs had never stayed at someone else's house before; sitters always stayed at ours. But, again, there were no problems, my 2 spoiled dogs were still being spoiled, and they were happy and playful and "tails-up!" when we got back. Being a stay-at-home dog-mom, my dogs are usually tails-down anytime they know I'm going to leave. But not with Stacey! We received LOTS of awesome and professionally done pictures of both of them, plus text messages telling me funny things they did or reassuring me that they slept well, took their meds, got along with everyone, etc. By the end of the 10 days, we all wanted Stacey to be part of our family! But we will happily settle for having her watch our two dogs when we need someone. What a RELIEF! Thank you, Stacey!”

Julia E.
“I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend Ms Julia for any pet sitting position she may pursue. She has been an incredible help in caring for my dog, Balu, and I have complete confidence in her ability to provide the same level of care and responsibility for any pet entrusted to her. Balu is not the easiest dog to care for—he requires regular medication and a consistent routine. He also has very bad arthritis and is a bit limited to what he do. Julia has always taken this responsibility seriously. She ensures that Balu receives his medicine on time, every single time while following the directions I give her for each medication. Her attentiveness and reliability give me great peace of mind whenever I’m away. Beyond just the basics needs she also truly cares. She takes time to play with Balu within his limited mobile range, gives him attention and affection, and understands his quirks and needs. She treats him as if he were her own, which is the highest compliment I can give anyone who looks after him. If you’re looking for someone who is dependable, compassionate, and truly dedicated to the care of your animal while you are away ,I can’t recommend Julia highly enough.”
