“This was our first time hiring a Rover sitter and Julie was a 6 STAR! At the "meet and greet" beforehand, she was able to have our skittish dog eating snacks from her hand! And like a previous reviewer stated, Julie spoiled our dog more than we do. She went above and beyond to make sure our dog was well cared for so that we felt comfortable and confident being out of town. We've already booked her again!”

“Mary was absolutely WONDERFUL cannot recommend her enough!! Left our house beautifully clean and the animals absolutely loved her! She even brought them some parting toys on her way out, so nice! Tons of updates and pictures, felt extremely safe with her on our home 🩷 even our super shy kitty loved her!!”
“Kaitlyn was absolutely a saving grace staying at our home and taking care of our fur babies. She is so amazing with our young dogs, energetic, bratty, and crazy as they are. She is patient and our chiweenie (who does NOT like strangers) was napping in her lap within 2 days. (We were SHOOK) She sends pictures several times a day along with any funny moments or important updates. (Which put our minds at ease our entire trip). Our fur babies are our children and having someone who we now trust and is so amazing with them… it’s such a weight lifted. It’s a miracle to find someone like Kaitlyn. 11/10 recommend her!”

“Julia was great with my dog, who takes medicine twice a day and is a very moody eater. She sent nightly photos and updates and kept her on her medication schedule. I highly recommend!”

“Joanna did a great job!! She was very communicative. She sent pictures of the pets regularly, followed all directions left, reached out with any questions, and left the house tidy upon the end of the service. She even came over a week before to meet the pets and familiarize herself with the location of foods and treats! Very thankful for her work!”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, usually multiple at a time, all shapes and sizes. Your pup will receive top-tier, attentive care with your instructions followed to the letter. Beyond that, expect plenty of walks, play sessions, cuddles, and adventures. I genuinely love dogs and treat every pet like my own. As a student, I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate almost any timing mornings, evenings, weekends, you name it. I work around your needs and will always make your pet my top priority. I have a friendly dog at home who loves meeting new friends! When watching pets in your home, you can expect to come back to everything exactly as you left it, if not a little cleaner. I treat every home and pet with the utmost respect and care.
About: I’ve raised my own dog from birth and have over six years of hands-on experience caring for her through every stage of life. That means I understand puppy energy, training patience, and the consistency adult dogs need. I treat every pet like family — with attention, structure, and lots of love. You can count on me to be reliable, communicative, and fully present while your pet is in my care. I offer flexible, reliable care that fits perfectly with my schedule. I work from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on weekdays, leaving my afternoons open and weekends available by choice. That means your pup gets plenty of attention, exercise, and care during those afternoon hours, and I’m free to accommodate weekends if needed. Your pet’s routine will fit right in with mine! When I’m caring for dogs in their own home, I focus on keeping things as familiar and comforting as possible. I stick to their regular routines—meals, walks, playtime—so they feel safe and at ease. I make sure they get the same structure, affection, and attention they’re used to, so even while you’re away, they feel right at home.
“Stephanie is absolutely the sweetest! We are so glad we found her on Rover and we will be frequent clients of hers! She took such great care of our two doodles, one who is currently having health issues and requires more than just basic care. Stephanie went above and beyond to care for them while we were gone for a week to another state. She gave me frequent updates and kept me informed on how our fur baby was feeling. Her love for animals is evident in the way she goes above and beyond when caring for them. Thank you so much Stephanie! We (and our pups!) really appreciate you!”

“Alba was great. My wife is extremely reluctant to leave our dogs even for one night but Alba put her at ease with her kind and caring manner. She was wonderful with our dogs as she house sat for us. Timely, responsive, and very accommodating to our requests and needs. I can't thank her enough for the care she provided to our high maintenance pack of crazy dogs. I would highly recommend Alba to anyone looking for a trustworthy responsible dog and/ or house sitter.”

“Sandra exceeded our expectations by a mile! We have two 6 month old Golden Retriever puppies who are a lot of work and Sandra handled their care with ease! We received morning and evening updates with plenty of pictures to relieve our anxiety from leaving them. One of our puppies needed two daily medications and Sandra was very prompt with their med schedule. She provided daily walks and was always there to let them outside to run around and play and give them plenty of love. When we returned from our trip we had daily notes on what the boys were up to, any new behaviors or just new funny quirks they developed. We also were able to see the spreadsheets she brought verifying the walks and meals they were given. Our house was left very clean and tidy and so were the puppies! It’s not even a question, we will most definitely be using Sandra in the future!!”

“Jonah did a great job taking care of my 3 dogs on short notice. He spent the day with them and did such a good job with them. He kept me updated on how the day went and let me know how they were doing. I highly recommend him for any of your pet care needs.”

“Bayley took great care of our big boy goldendoodle! She provided frequent updates while we were away and was extremely responsive. We will definitely be using her again in the future.”

“There are not enough words to praise Emily for the care she gave our baby!! It was the first time we ever left our dog with someone, and we were very nervous. That all disappeared the moment we met Emily. She was so good with our baby (and with us), that we knew we chose the perfect person. While we were gone, we received numerous photos and videos of our baby that proved to us that not only was she doing well, but she was happy, content, and was getting all the attention she needed. Emily stayed in our home; and when we returned, it was just as neat and clean as when we left it. Emily is the number one choice ALWAYS!!”
