“I am also a Rover sitter, so I take a lot of pride in my work caring for people's fur babies. Elizabeth was absolutely wonderful with my senior cat Kal. She was so helpful in helping calm my anxiety. In the middle of my trip, I received word that our power had gone out. I was quite worried about Kal having access to food and water, as we had electric fountains and an electric automatic feeder in place before we left. This goes to you how imperative it is to have minimum DAILY check ins on your fur babies when you are away. Anything can happen! Elizabeth took extra time and care to make sure that Kal had everything that he needed in the middle of a power outage, in addition to love and attention. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of a fellow Rover sitter, Elizabeth! ❤️”

About: Growing up in the south, I have had a true connection with nature and animals. Animals are a passion of mine, as I studied biology in school with a focus on animal sciences. About: I have been taking care of animals since I was a child, but have had my 3 cats for 13 years now. I recently moved, so I let them live with my mom sadly, I do miss them. Outside of my cats, I have helped walk and care for other dogs the past few years. If you give special instructions on how you would like for me to care for your dog/cat, I will do exactly that since I will be coming to your place and/or walking them. UPDATED AS OF 6/16/26- for now please refer to this update until life gets less busy. I have a 2 year old so I cannot watch your animals at your home at this current time, but I would still love to drop in and take care of them through the day or take them on walks. I can care for them at my home also. The hours listed below are still correct 😊 I work Monday-Friday until 3:30pm, but I can also come before work, take my lunch to let your pups out for a potty break half way through my shift! I always am off on the holidays. I do have every Saturday and Sunday completely free. After 3:30pm on the weekdays I have the entire day to spend with your animals :) I will follow all your instructions you give me for caring for your animals. I will always treat them like I would my own animals!

About: I'm Sean, a lifelong dog owner offering Boarding and Doggy Day Care. I work from home full time in Oldham County, steps away from great dog walks along the Ohio River. Your dog gets supervised attention all day, long outdoor walks, in a friendly and fun environment for dogs of any age, breed or size. I lost my dog of 14 years in early 2026 and I'm channeling that love into caring for yours. Taking good care of your pet allows me to do something I truly enjoy while giving you peace of mind while you're away. I look forward to meeting you and your best friend! I am available full-time and every dog is unique, so you can expect that I will tailor each day to your pet's age, energy level, personality, exercise requirements, feeding schedule, and any special instructions you provide. Mornings will include an early morning potty break and outdoor time, breakfast according to your dog's normal feeding schedule, a walk, play session, or quiet outdoor exploration depending on your dog's preferences. There will be plenty of attention and companionship as the day begins. Throughout the day there will be multiple supervised outdoor breaks in the spacious yard and surrounding dog friendly areas. My goal is to maintain as much of your dog's normal routine as possible. During your pets stay your dog will enjoy exercise, companionship, and personalized care. Long walks and adventure or a relaxed day of lounging and affection await so your pet will feel right at home. For safety, dogs are always walked on leash. I am always happy to arrange a meet and greet, either in person or by video call, so you can feel completely comfortable before booking.

“Shelby was FANTASTIC with our Sherman. He was very nervous when we left him (he has separation anxiety). Not only did he seem to do well after we left (the pictures she sent us spoke volumes about his mood), but when i picked him up he was excited to see us as always but instead of running straight to the car and waiting at the door for us as he usually does when we pick him up from someone he did a couple of excited circles and had to run back to give one of Shelbys pups a kiss goodbye. He often stays with my sister and he loves her and her dogs but he never runs back to the door for any reason. He was so relaxed and clearly worn out feom playing so much. Shelby is terrific. You xan certainly entrust her qith the care of your fur-baby with confidence!”

About: I’ve been taking care of friends/family animals when they go out of town. I make sure that all the needs are met(potty/walks/playtime/cuddles). I’ve owned dogs and cats all my life. About: I had dogs and cats in my house my entire childhood. I helped feed them and walk them, gave them medications and played with them. I’ve even given a rowdy Doberman eye drops 😅 long story short, since moving away, I’m looking to have more pets in my life. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine, I already spend a lot of time walking, playing with, and caring for my own pets. I enjoy starting and ending my day with animals, whether it’s morning feedings, playtime, or evening walks. When caring for pets in my client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine consistent and their environment calm and familiar. I make sure they’re well fed, exercised, and given plenty of attention, whether that’s playtime, walks, or quiet company.

About: I have had pets my entire life and absolutely love animals, worked at Feeders Supply for about a year. Looking for some extra work before I leave for college! I currently do not any other responsibilities to tend to. Open to almost any time, any day until I move to school in August. Thanks! Although I cannot keep your dog in my home, I can take great care of them in their home! I am comfortable crating if you need and anything else!

“This was my first time using Rover and Sean did a great job. I have two large dogs and had concerns with leaving them at another persons house. We completed a meet and greet, walked the dogs and agreed we would complete the booking process. Sean did a great job of communicating throughout the visit and made sure both of my dogs got plenty of time outside and plenty of walks. Sean went above and beyond for my pups!
