“Raquel is absolutely amazing! I was nervous about trusting someone with my dog overnight for the first time but was so fortunate to find Raquel on Rover. She had an instant calming affect when we met and I felt instantly comfortable leaving my pup with her. My pup is just over a year and 1/2 and can be very hyper and also very clingy to me. We have done three day time stays to get my dog familiar and comfort for the longer stay this month. Raquel sends photos and videos throughout the day to give me peace of mind and see how much fun she’s having! Raquel keeps her active and her dog Happy is so friendly and playful with her. She comes home tired and happy and is excited when we pull up to Raquel’s! Raquel has a great fenced in space and a great neighborhood and local park to walk to. Between the long drive here from Chicago and the different settings on the way our somewhat clingy dog was even more clingy and nervous than usual. She was at our side constantly, but we needed to find a sitter for a few hours/days to allow us to golf, fish, etc. without the dog at our side. Tho we were nervous about leaving Bella with a stranger in a new place, it all worked out beautifully. Jody's house was well set up for pets and her own dogs were very friendly.
