About: I have several pets of my own. Over the years I have volunteered with shelters as well as taking care of my own animals. I have dealt with bigger dogs, small dogs, and lots of cats! I love animals and will do whatever I can to ensure a happy and healthy environment! I currently work part time over the summers in Pennsylvania and go to school in Ohio over the rest of the year. I can work in both places, it just depends on what time of year. My account will have my area provided for which one for whichever time of year. Normally I have a 8 hour shift, I do have a couple days off a week and still have plenty of time before and after work to take care of animals. I also have my lunch break. I will follow whatever instructions are provided by the client. I will stick to any dietary needs, exercise needs, and any attention needs the animal has. I am willing to clean litter boxes if it is a cat and obviously I will pick up after a dog on a walk. I keep a very close eye on the animal(s) and make it my primary focus when taking care of them.

About: I have taken care of pets for my whole life! I grew up on a farm with at least three dogs and five indoor cats at a time! I have worked at Dr. Mimnagh’s office as a veterinary assistant since 2020. With years of experience, I am more than qualified to care for, feed, and administer all medications to cats and dogs. I am comfortable with handling all sizes and personalities of cats and dogs. I have a dog and two cats of my own that I care for on the daily! I love to have fun with the animals and play with them but safety for all involved is the main priority. I am currently a student at the University of South Carolina and am looking to make some extra money over the summer! I personally have five cats and three dogs which I care for daily. I also work at a local vet clinic at least four days a week as a veterinary assistant. I do my best to volunteer at the Harrisburg humane society weekly for shelter skip day! My personal pets are fed by me, cleaned up after, walked and given attention daily! Unfortunately due to my pets, I will not be taking clients pets to my house. However, I would be giving the clients pets a great deal of attention whether that include playing with them, walking and feeding them etc.

About: I am great with all different kinds of dogs or cats! I am also good with medication if needed for the animals. I am also very attentive to animals. I currently do not have a job so I will have a lot of free time for your animals needs! I Usally am a little busy between 12-2 but if needed can push my other stuff back! I am great with dog walking and love taking long walks with animals or just playing with them outside or giving them attention inside also.

About: Hello! My name is Lauren. I work as a nurse at Hershey Medical part time and I'm looking to take care of pets in my free time! My last dog had diabetes and other health issues so I’m experienced with administering shots and medications. He was also blind so I’m experienced with those pups who cannot see! I fostered kittens and currently have a cat of my own. I also have experience with rabbits and guinea pigs. I will be sure to send pictures of your fur babies while you are away! I'm currently working part time as a nurse so I can provide care to your animal on my days off which will be provided in my availability calendar. Currently, my house is under construction so I cannot board any animals. I can come to your house though to feed, water, play, walk, and snuggle!

About: Ever since I was a kid, I've been an animal lover. I've taken care of animals (both for myself and for others) for over 15 years. I've dog-sat, cat-sat, and chicken-sat for many friends and family members in that time. Since many of the pets I grew up with have begun to leave my life due to old age, I've found myself wanting to spend time with critters more. I figured why not look here to see what people may need help ensuring their pets get the proper care and attention they deserve. I am naturally a cat person, but have also learned how to work with, train, and play with dogs as a result of being around them so often. I try to balance being fun + compassionate along with being a calm but stern presence when necessary. And I'm happy to offer any and all pets a little extra playtime or attention if they need it as well (: I work from home, and have a relatively flexible schedule at least half of the week most of the time. I have time to shift my schedule around to accommodate pet care throughout the week. My only limit is often how many days out of the week I can work, but not what specific days I can watch someone's pets. My weekends can happen whenever during the week! It's important to me to start slow and develop a connection with someone's pet before acting too comfortable around them. Having ample play time, walk time, relaxation time, and a healthy amount of treats help get that process in motion. Ideally I'd love to find people I could work with regularly, strictly because I value developing a solid relationship with people's pets more than just "showing up and doing my job" - though I am very capable of doing that as well!

Her response to this dilemma was truly above and beyond: Kayla would hide the leftover food and make a second trip over later in the day (even though only one daily visit was requested) to make sure my cat ate the remaining food and didn't go hungry!”

Since I was young I grew up in a household with dogs, mostly pits (& one corgi). At the moment, I have my sweet pitbull Penny who is a spoiled happy girl. This allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to your pets throughout the day, including walks, drop-ins, and extended care when needed. I’m attentive to behavior changes, careful with leash and home safety, and always respectful of your space. About: I have been dog sitting on and off about 4 years. I love to walk, run and play with the dogs. I am an animal lover and love dogs! I have had a dog most of my life and know how to take care of them and what they like. I have dog sat many different types of dogs so I have experience with small, big, young and old dogs. I also can give dog baths and brush them if needed. I also like to play fetch and whatever toys they have to entertain them. I make sure the dogs are having a good time and I always have a fun time playing with them! I am a responsible, loving and fun caregiver to dogs. I am doing my masters program but can fit pet care everyday. I like to have a routine and will be doing school about 3-4x a week. I maintain a safe and clean environment wherever I am. I make sure that the pets are cleaned by brushing and washing them if need be. I like to vacuum and wipe down anything that may be dirty such as hair or dirt.

About: Some people call me the dog whisperer, but I just speak a dogs language. I love dogs, even more than most humans. I’m not afraid to administer medications or take pups to the vet or groomer. I’m a stay at home mom, so I’m pretty much available all day long. I own two large dogs and one small dog. And they all live in harmony with my children. Both my sons love animals almost as much as I do! If we had the land, I’d open a rescue and adoption center. Dogs of all sizes enjoy stopping here on their walks because they know I always have treats waiting. We know most of our furry neighbors better than the humans! We must love dogs or are crazy! I’m currently at home, but we do have children, and live an active and busy lifestyle do to their sports. I try to be as flexible as possible. I have a huge fenced in yard and my dogs love having friends over! We do require crates for sleeping or anytime we are not home, so if your dog is not crate trained, this probably isn’t the home for you.
