Until now, I only trusted family because of the terrible and traumatic experience he had at a boarding facility on Nexton Parkway Boulevard, where he didn’t eat, lost a lot of weight, and was very sad. Shirley and Leonardo were the complete opposite. They kept me updated, made sure Sombra was comfortable, and gave him excellent care.
