Tisha is excellent at communicating when it comes to your babies- what’s going on with them, how they are doing, and sends multiple photos every day. Gemma did have an emergency this last stay but both Tisha and Star did everything in their power to make sure my girl was okay, got her the care she needed right away, and accommodated to her needs afterwards. It was stressful not being there with her through it, BUT I’m grateful they were the ones taking care of her. They truly take care of my girl and love her like she is their own. Communication is very important to me — I provide regular updates, photos, and check-ins so you always know your pet is safe and cared for. My goal is for both pets and owners to feel completely comfortable and confident while they’re apart.
