We did a meet and greet beforehand so Dali could meet her dogs, and she was very attentive throughout the whole process. She asked lots of thoughtful questions to make sure she understood Dali’s needs and routine so she could care for him the best way possible. During his stay, she constantly sent updates, pictures, and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. She was also very flexible and understanding when my flight got delayed and I ended up picking Dali up an hour later than planned. When I picked him up, he looked very happy and well cared for. She also cared for our other dog, and we had a great experience as well. We’ll definitely be booking with her again! I 100% recommend her — she is amazing!”
