“Kennel was clean, spacious and the yard was well kept. Our small dogs felt comfortable with yard and explored immediately on arrival. Jeanne was prompt with responses and sending updates. Will book again.”

“My first time using rover with my pit bull mix puppy. Very good communication and sent lots of pictures to me of him playing! Would recommend her for your pup. Backyard is made for dogs!”

“Laetitia is AMAZING! Very warm and friendly and took great care of my baby while I was away. My girl Gemma felt right at home and she came home very happy. Definitely recommend her for your dogs care!!”

“Jennifer is Awesome!!! My pooch loved his stay with Jennifer and the other pups that were in her care. Jennifer also provided great photos of Barkley in play and napping. Jennifer is very sweet and thoughtful. I was surprised to see my little man had a nice haircut and smelling fresh. He was already falling asleep on the car ride home b/c of his fun filled weekend. We will definitely book with Jennifer again.”

“Our three dogs stayed with Amanda and her family for ten days and had a great time. Plenty of play time outdoors with Amanda’s dogs and children. All three came home tired but happy. Amanda was flexible in terms of scheduling and attentive to our dogs needs. She sent pictures and updates throughout the stay. We felt very comfortable leaving pups with her and hope to book with Amanda again next time we travel. An A+++ experience from start to finish.”

“My Lola so clearly enjoyed her time here! I received multiple videos and pictures of my dog regularly, as well as regular communications on how she was doing. My pup is very nervous, and she really enjoyed the structured and attentive environment. I will definitely be sending her to her new home away from home again!”

“My boy is almost 12 and I have never left him with a stranger. I was new to the process and didn't have any idea of what was going on and I wasn't very keen on the idea of having to leave him with a stranger. Fortunately, Kristin was very responsive and kind about the whole thing, which was very reassuring. I got picture updates daily and even videos. The neighborhood was very nice, her home was clean and organized, she had a fenced in yard, twin boys which I am sure my dog loved to be around, and the a sweet weiner dog. My dog has specific feeding and meds, which she accommodated. I didn't want him to be alone when I was gone and picking Kristin was perfect.”

“This is the second time we’ve used Stephen and Jessica. We couldn’t be happier and would use them again tomorrow if needed. Cork always has a great time playing with their dogs. They take him on walks and he is always tired when we come pick him up. Even though Cork has some interesting behaviors, Stephen and Jessica have gone with the flow and have been very understanding.”

“Kristi and her family were amazing watching our 2 dogs when our Boarder closed about a month before our travel. She sent pictures and videos daily that our kids looked forward to. Our dogs were in a much better place than boarding because they didn't spend half a day in a cage and got to play with their own dog. They loved our dogs like their own. We will absolutely book again, not only for the peace of mind, but it was evident the dogs loved it there too. Highly recommend!”

“Juliet took great care of my Shih Tzu mix, Dali! From the very beginning, she was excellent at communicating and made me feel comfortable leaving him in her care. We did a meet and greet beforehand so Dali could meet her dogs, and she was very attentive throughout the whole process. She asked lots of thoughtful questions to make sure she understood Dali’s needs and routine so she could care for him the best way possible. During his stay, she constantly sent updates, pictures, and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. She was also very flexible and understanding when my flight got delayed and I ended up picking Dali up an hour later than planned. When I picked him up, he looked very happy and well cared for. She also cared for our other dog, and we had a great experience as well. We’ll definitely be booking with her again! I 100% recommend her — she is amazing!”

“Another great stay with Jamie and Alec! They are really great about sending pics to calm my fraying dog-dad nerves! Frankie really seems to enjoy the experience as well.”

“The absolute best… hands down!!! We are so grateful to have found a permanent sitter for our fur baby. Thank you for taking such good care of our sweet boy. Until next time !”

“Excellent care for our senior doodle! Rachel is professional and I would absolutely recommend her. She communicated with us frequently and I felt confident knowing my dog was in her care. She was flexible when our flight was significantly delayed and we couldn’t get our dog until the next morning. Five stars!!!”

“Sarah was wonderful! Our dog is 10 years old and has been sick so he’s on several medications twice a day and Sarah took wonderful care of him. I was incredibly anxious about leaving him and she provided daily updates and pictures that showed he was in great hands. We picked him up and he was perfectly happy and seemed to have had a great time with Sarah and her family! Would absolutely recommend and would love for Sarah to watch any of our pets in the future!”
“Lea always takes the best care of Charlotte, and Charlotte always have so much fun with Luna and Cooper. We love here so much and will be returning! Always 100% recommend!”

“Michelle took such great care of our two dogs. Our big mutt is kinda weird with other dogs & needs someone to care for him who understands his body language and nuisances. Michelle was incredibly qualified for Rip’a “weirdness.” She sent several pictures and checked in frequently. She also had great advice for training and information I should look into to better care for Rip. If you’re looking for a very knowledgeable caregiver, look no further! Michelle is wonderful.”

“Zoe provided fantastic care for our two kitties while we were away. One of our cats requires medications twice daily and Zoe had no problems doing that for her. She loved on our girls like they were her own and the photos she sent of them looking so happy gave us great peace of mind.”

“I went looking for a Rover sitter very early in the morning and she had already updated when she was available. That alone convinced me to book her. The meet and greet went well and I knew that she would take great care of my babies. She is simply the best. My "vampire kitty" looked well cared for in the pictures she sent me. Next time I need a sitter, Mya will be my choice.”

“Chey was perfect for our pups and our needs. She is always on time and has great communication with pictures and videos to make you feel comfortable while you're away. If you need to reach out to her, she responds very quickly. We had to replace our pet sitter and it was nerve-wracking until we hired Chey, she is the perfect fit to our family and we will definitely be hiring her for future travel and getaways.”

“My kitten Wilma absolutely loved playing with Victoria and I felt safe leaving her in her care. It is clear Victoria loves animals! She was also flexible which I appreciated. I can’t recommend Victoria enough!”
“Jennifer was perfect! This was my first time using Rover and she ensured everything was done correctly and even came by to meet Zeep and ensure she knew where everything was before the actual visit. Her reports were very thorough and included Zeep’s behavior and mood as well as routine items. She will be the first person I look at when I need a Rover sitter in the future :)”

“Kala was excellent! Obviously a true dog lover who will take great care in making sure your dog or in our case dogs are happy, comfortable and loved. I’m so glad we found her and will use her exclusively whenever she is available for us.”

About: I've taken ticks out of fur, trimmed dog nails, cleaned kitty litters, and taught tricks since I was 12 years old. Growing up with 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a foster dog in between taught me how to manage multiple pet care. I've cared for pets old, new, sick, and shy. I know how to balance love & care with responsibility, and keeping your pet behaved.*Note: Pets in photos are my own family pets, or pets allowed on specific furniture. I will not pet or allow your animal on furniture they are not permitted to be on. I'm currently in part time work, so I have a very open schedule. Can put multiple days in a row into caring for your pet, with particular weekend availability. While care and basic needs come first, my secondary goal is to make sure I am reinforcing good behavior and discouraging bad behavior in your pet. I understand that part of ensuring a pet's safety & wellbeing is making sure they are not gaining forbidden access to certain objects or locations, or participating in harmful behavior. I promise to do follow any rules or guidelines you set for your pet.

About: I’ve had experience with cats my whole life and truly understand their needs and personalities. I love talking to them and making them feel special. So when I am in your home, they are more than free to lay on me, next to me or on my lap. Wherever they go, I will be there to comfort them while you are away.
About: I have always been a big animal person. I currently have two dogs, Fritz a king Charles/shih tzu mix and Honey a saint Bernard/poodle mix. I have had dogs apart of my life since I was 12 (currently 35). We always have one gentle giant in our home so I'm completely comfortable with large breeds. I have taken care of senior dogs and administered meds for my own pets that have since crossed over the rainbow bridge. I do like cats but can't say that I have owned any. I have taken care of them in the past and feel more than comfortable doing so in the present. I am currently a stay at home mom and have a fairly open schedule. I can usually make whatever needs you have work with the my life's schedule. I am always happy to drop in and make sure your pup/cat is doing well. I am more than happy to provide communication with the owner after each drop in and walk. We have used crates to help crate train our pets and I'm happy to do the same for yours.

I’m free every day of the week, except for wednesday and thursday. but if needed i can fit you in, i can do weekends also! I have a fenced in yard for my pup, my two cats are indoor cats. My animals are my baby’s and i will treat yours just the same as i would my own.
About: I’ve been caring for dogs for the past two years and truly enjoy building trust with each one. I have experience walking, feeding, playing, and providing basic care for dogs of different sizes and personalities. I’m patient, attentive, and always make sure dogs feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I understand that every dog has unique needs, and I take the time to follow routines and instructions closely so pet parents can feel confident their dog is in good hands. I am home seven days a week since I attend school online. Even when I need to run errands, I am usually gone for no more than two hours at a time. This allows me to provide frequent supervision, attention, and care. When I am not home, my wife is also available to help care for the pets, so they are never left alone for long. I provide a safe, calm, and loving environment for every dog in my care. I have a large, fully fenced yard where dogs can safely play and get exercise under supervision. I closely follow each pet’s routine, instructions, and any special needs provided by the owner. Dogs are always supervised, given plenty of attention, and treated with patience and respect so they feel comfortable, secure, and cared for at all times.
About: I absolutely adore pups of every size and personality! At home, I have a Shih Tzu, a Dalmatian (we thought he was a Lab until we did DNA testing!), and a sweet little Chihuahua. Each one is so different, but together they make the perfect pack. All of my dogs came from tough beginnings, but their resilience and ability to love inspires me every day. Giving them a safe, happy, and loving home has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I would treat your pets just like my own—keeping them safe, cared for, and comfortable while giving them all the love and attention they deserve. Whether it’s cuddles, playtime, or just making sure their needs are fully met, I’ll make sure your furry family members feel right at home. I’m a proud pet parent to three wonderful rescue pups, and I honestly couldn’t love them more. Watching them learn how to simply be dogs—to play, to trust, to feel safe and loved—has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life. They give me just as much joy as I give them. Our pack has a well-loved routine: breakfast and dinner together (with Otis getting his pill at each meal). Since I work from home, two of the pups usually “work” alongside me—though Ollie prefers lots of days off. Their work ethic may be questionable, but their company is unmatched! Ozzie, on the other hand, takes his role as head of security very seriously, keeping a close watch from the front window. At home, the dogs are always by my side, whether it’s keeping me company during the day or snuggling at night. They sleep in bed, lounge on the furniture, and honestly think of me as part of the furniture too—and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Caring for them has taught me the importance of patience, safety, and unconditional love—values I carry into caring for every dog I meet. Each dog is unique, and I happily adjust to their needs. From carrying Ollie up and down stairs, up and down from the couch to giving him stroller walks so he can keep up, I make sure every pup feels included. I’ll give your dog the same love, patience, and care I give my own. Our home has three friendly pups—Ozzie is the biggest at just 45 lbs! Yard is fully fenced and secure yard, but I always go outside with them to ensure safety. Our dogs are allowed on the furniture, but I’m happy to follow your preferences if you’d like your littles to stick to their own cozy spots. At home, we keep things relaxed and let the pups be themselves. We always keep fresh water available (three bowls downstairs that I’m constantly refilling!). If I’m dropping by to care for your pets, you can count on me to be prompt, respectful, and to show them the same love and attention I give my own. Keeping dogs safe is a top priority for me—I know the worry of even imagining a lost pet, and I’ll always make sure yours are secure. Beyond that, I truly enjoy spending time with dogs, whether it’s playing, cuddling, or even having a “deep conversation” with them. After all, they always have the best listening ears.
“Marina took great care of our dogs and was a pleasure to work with! She was very responsive, always gave us updates, and our dogs were very comfortable at her home.”

“Oreo had the BEST time! He usually is very antisocial and is scared of other dogs, but he had made friends with Cleo (Lizzy's dog). He also comes back from doggy daycares stressed and overwhelmed, but he seemed so refreshed and happy when he came back:) Would definitely recommend Lizzy as the best dogsitter!”

I am very familiar with energetic dogs, and I know that they need lots of attention.
“Jennifer's care and management of our girls, Fiona the pittie, and Fiona, the African Grey, is superb. She has extensive and practical experience in the care of many species, and applies her knowledge to our girls. She has taken initiative to help Fiona (and me) to work on Fiona leash manners, and is cultivating a relationship with Wanda. Jennifer is prompt and takes your input seriously. I highly recommend her.”
About: I have been taking care of all kinds of animals from dogs, cats to horses and even reptiles my entire life. Caring for animals just comes naturally to me. I speak positive affirmations to them along with showering them with lots of love and affection. I would love to meet your fur baby and help care for them when you are not available to. I will love your fur baby as if they are my own. That is a promise. You won’t find a better caretaker than me when it comes to your beloved pet. Whether it’s sitting with your precious baby and watching TV or going for a walk on the beach, in your neighborhood or in town. We will even go outside and play catch or tug of war. I’ll even take photos to capture those precious moments and send them to you. Animals hold a special place in my heart, especially dogs and horses. Plenty of clients, friends and family will agree and attest to this. I am also active in a local horse ministry. I hope to get a booking from you….; I am currently working full time 5 days a week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, M-F. On the weekends I am available as specified in my calendar. About: I promise to treat your fur baby as if they were my own! I’ve grown up with dogs and cats, and now I have my own two cats who are my world! I’ve cared for dogs and cats since I was a child for family, friends, and neighbors (overnight/extended stays, walking, pet sitting for a few hours, bathing). I’ve fulfilled any and all caring needs. I’m comfortable with bathing, medications, and appointment visits. I know what it takes to care and love for a pet that has become your fur child and one of the family! Allow me to help care for your fur child when you are unable to! I am an Elementary school teacher in the DD2 District, my building is located in downtown Summerville. My work day is typically 6:00am-3:00pm. I’m more available during the summer months, June and July. If this schedule works for you and your fur baby then let’s meet and set the dates for your trip, and my time to love and care for your fur baby! I care for all pets as if they were my own (spoiling them with love and attention). I care for anyone’s home as if it were my own (clean, safe, organized). I will respect your pet and home as I would want someone to do mine. Growing up with pets and having my own, I know that a clean and safe environment is a priority. I’m comfortable handling any and all house duties that you may also need fulfilled. You can trust me that your home and fur child will be in good paws(hands)!
About: Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my mother served on the board of a Jack Russell rescue — which meant at least three of them running around at any given time. My first dog as an adult was Molly, a border collie who never met a person she didn't like. Every dog I've cared for since has gotten that same love and attention. When it comes to housesitting, I treat every home like my own. I bring in the mail, water the plants, vary the lights, take out the trash, and send regular photos and updates so you can truly relax. You come home to exactly what you left — sometimes with a very happy pet (or two or three...) at the door. My availability is genuinely flexible — some weeks I'm fully available, others I'm part-time, so I always recommend checking my calendar for current openings. What stays consistent is my commitment: when I'm with your pet, I am fully present and fully focused. I work around your schedule, your pet's routine, and whatever your family needs. I provide care exclusively in your home — because that's where your pet is most comfortable, and comfort matters. I believe the safest pet is an attentive one, so I give every animal in my care my complete attention. Your home is treated with the same respect I'd give my own, and your pet's routine, quirks, and needs are taken seriously from day one. In rare emergency situations, I am able to bring your pet into my home for overnight care, so they are never left without a loving hand. You won't have to wonder if everything is okay — I'll make sure you know.
About: I have had dogs and many different animals my whole life. I have also worked as a pet technician in a dog daycare for a while so I have experience with small medium and large dogs. I have a lot of open availability and I make time for pets. I have a big heart for animals and this is what I love to do! I am currently not working, I am taking college classes online so I have a flexible schedule. I am very dependable and will make sure your dog has a good time during the whole visit. I am very overly cautious when it comes to watching dogs mainly because I have 2 of my own and make sure they don't eat anything they aren't supposed. I know how crazy some dogs can be and they need to be watched at all times. I also do potty breaks every 2 hours to prevent any accidents and I make sure the dogs don't get too hot on walks.
About: I'm working on having my own animal day care in the future. I've always had pets growing up but no professional experience. I took a cpr, first aid and safety course so I'm confident in preventing and handling accidents. Animals have a special kind of love because the give genuine love. It's like a babys love. They can't talk but always by your side, depend on you and love you like no other. Who wouldn't enjoy working working with them ! I'm very patient, loving and observant with animals. I believe after a while they just get comfortable with me because I'm not scared and I have the confidence that I'm a animal whisper lol. Your pet will be satisfied under my care and you will be very pleased that JaLisa was there for your Pet care ! I have open availability and I do accpect last minute bookings if it works with my schedule. Do not hesitate to contact me last minute. I took a cpr, first aid and safety coruse and I am confident in taking the right measures in making sure your pet is safe and well taking care of in my hands.
About: Where dogs are treated like family.I am a certified dog trainer and I am a nationally certified police K9 handler. I have worked with and taken care of high drive dogs, dogs with behavior issues and the best loving pet dogs. We love all the pups at my house and they won’t be short of attention here. My schedule allows for me to be able to take care of the pets in my care often and allows for walks and frequent potty breaks. I have a large fenced in yard and 3 fur babies of my own that can keep your fur babies company while you are away. I can crate them when needed and they will be in a comfortable environment while in my care.

“Absolutely 5 stars for Chelsea! She was a lifesaver, stepping in to watch our dog for a weekend with very little notice. Chelsea went above and beyond by offering to meet early to introduce the dogs, which gave us such peace of mind. Throughout the stay, she kept us updated with plenty of pictures, showing how much care and attention our pup was getting. It was clear our dog was pampered and treated like one of her own. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and will definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommend Chelsea to anyone needing a caring, reliable sitter!”

“Definitely recommend Jennifer for our dog! She kept us up to date with our dogs stay including numerous photos! We never had to worry what he was doing at any time! She was very prompt responding! You never had to ask for an update because Jennifer was already messaging us to tell us he’s doing great. I will definitely use Jennifer for the future for another stay! Please use Jennifer for the care of our pets visit! We couldn’t be happier!”

“Absolutely phenomenal! This was one of the best rover experiences we have ever had. She was so amazing with the dogs but even more than that Amanda was beyond helpful and kind with handling our wonky weekend with changing plans. She sent photos of the doggies throughout the stay and was great with updating us over the weekend. Could not recommend enough!”

“Alyssa was amazing!! I was very happy with her great communication and how well she took care of our senior german shepherd pup ! She was super caring and attentive to make sure our dog had the best possible care. I recommend her highly and can’t wait to continue to use her for our future stays.”
