About: I grew up with a yellow lab named Mo. I was an only child and he was quite truly my best friend. He passed away when I was sixteen. This past summer, my family and I got a new puppy from Midcoast Humane, his name is Sol. I don't know how I went eight years without such a buddy! Caring for a dog has been such an important part of my life, and has offered me so much fulfillment and joy. I would love the opportunity to care for your pets, and understand how important they are to your life and how important their happiness is! I currently have a flexible remote job. Although I do need to commit at least six hours Monday through Friday to my job, I have much space in between to care for, walk, play with, and adventure with your furry friend!! My weekends are completely available. Most preferabley, I would like to care for your dog in your own home. The house I live in currently does not have a fenced in area, however I would be open to talking through ways to make it work! I love to go on long walks, and would be happy to meet any of your dogs exercise needs or simply needs for muddy adventures.

I do have 4 cats of my own :) I work 3 days a week, not a set schedule, but usually have open availability the other 4 days during the weekdays/weekends. I have a job that requires taking call, so there are times I could have to go into work during a scheduled time, majority a very flexible schedule :) I do not take requests for services in my own home. About: I've been pet sitting (mostly dogs and cats) for 15+ years, usually combined with longterm house sitting. I've had pets all my life, but currently cannot have them where I'm living. I miss having furry companions, so helping to care for others' pets fills the void! I used to have a Great Pyrenees, Penelope, so I love and understand big dogs. I believe tired dogs are good dogs, so if they're amenable, I like to go for long walks and play hard. I also have experience with older dogs and love to provide them with TLC in their final years.
