Very nice, very friendly, immediate welcome our Charlie with his disability into their home. They showed no hesitation to just make him feel welcome. Very professional , house is a place that you would want your very family taken care of. Our dog Charlie is a special needs dog. They didn’t even hesitate to say that they would take care of him as we had a funeral for my husband‘s uncle today in Cincinnati. Thank you, thank you, thank you Will and your lovely wife. We appreciate you so very much and we will be booking with you again! If you’re looking for a great place for your extended furry family consider Will and his lovely wife Bibiana. I HIGHLY recommend them! Charlie Brown had another great overnight stay with Michelle and Justin! Michelle sent us a video of Charlie and their new pup playing in the backyard together! Love that he now has a new pup friend to play with when he stays with them. Michelle and Justin are great with Charlie and he gets excited on the car ride over to their home. We will continue to reach out to them for our future sitter needs.
Kam and Jess are literally the best sitters! They took such great care of my baby. I’m always nervous to leave him because he’s a senior pup and requires additional care. They treated him like their own. I received daily updates with pictures to see how he was doing. Would definitely use them again in the future and cannot recommend them enough!
This was our first time using Rover and booking with Gabby. Our family had an out of state vacation planned and I felt nervous to leave my best friend, Teddy, but Gabby made me feel at ease from the very beginning. She was open to have Teddy spend a few hours with her doggies to see how they would get along and she was extremely communicative. She took the time to answer any question that I had, whether in-person or through Rover. Gabby's communication through our entire trip far exceeded my expectations. She provided updates in the morning and evening and always provided several pictures. She took the time each day to share what Teddy was doing and the updates allowed me to feel at ease that Teddy was getting the best care. Kyla was so attentive and caring when it came to taking care of my dog Ripley! She was also such a lifesaver because I had a previous booking and it cancelled on me last minute and she was able to accept me on such short notice 💖 she has an abundance of experience when it comes to pet care and I truly felt my girl was in good hands. Mikaela and her family were great! Our dog did a two-night overnight stay. They were flexible with our schedule, Baloo loved her dogs, and they have a big fenced in back yard. Baloo is elder and requires a little extra attention with movement and meds. Mikaela also had a dog that matched Baloo’s energy which made us very happy. We think he had a great time.

Katie is absolutely amazing! From the moment I met her, I knew Chance was in great hands. Katie went above and beyond to keep us updated with photos and messages, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. Chance came back happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Dan & Shirley were great! They have a nice, fenced in backyard with a doggy door, so my dog was able to go in and out as she pleased. They treated her like one of their own, letting her cuddle on the couch and bed. Their dog is also very friendly seems to get along with everyone. They sent pictures almost every day, and I felt good leaving my dog with them.
Kat was/is truly amazing with my Zara! I received updates daily by text and videos. I could tell Zara was treated like her own. Zara had so much fun I thought she wouldn’t want to comeback home.. lol 😂. Thanks again for your kindness, professionalism, and expertise!
