I called her at 10pm the night before and she picked up. One of our dog was hurt but we had travel plans the next day but Kim took just great care of him. We were be able to be at peace on our Kim bc Kim always takes such good care of them and regularly keeps us updated with their pictures and information. Moreover, she was flexible with the pick up time since we couldn’t make it as early as we wanted to. We would definitely use Kim every time we need boarding for our dogs 🏆”

Our golden Obi stayed with Luong for 5 nights and we were never worried or concerned! As soon as we met Luong, we could tell it was going to be a good stay. He was very communicative and sent pictures everyday. Always, quick to respond. He made our baby feel at home and gave him the attention he needed. Will book again!

I experienced not only a great trip but 5 days of pure peace of mind because my fur baby was with Molly. She and her whole family was so loving towards her. I would recommend Genevieve to anyone looking for a safe and loving environment for their fur babies. My entire family commented on how relaxed both my dogs where when I brought them home after a two-night stay with Genevieve. We have used Rover several times, but this is the first time it was completely obvious that she spent time loving on my four-legged babies. Genevieve took the time to understand their needs, and she keep me updated throughout the time they were with her. I am always nervous leaving them when we take vacations and I was this time too, but she did a great job keeping me updated letting me know they just went for walks, had dinner and she even gave my little guy his eye medicine four times a day. I am so happy that I finally found my forever pet sitter.
