Amy here! I am an animal lover. I have a biology degree and almost became a vet. Many people say I have a way with animals. I am looking forward to helping your pet stay healthy and happy while they enjoy their stay. We try to accommodate their routines and ways of life so as to make the transition the least stressful. We offer boarding and pet day care in our home primarily. My husband Luke and I both work from home and one of us is normally always home. We have 11 dogs ourselves. They are kind of our kids since we don’t have children. We use positive reinforcement in our house and while I am no dog trainer, will be happy to reinforce behaviors you are working on with your dogs. We can also accommodate health concerns, giving medication, etc. We look forward to doting on your pet in any way we can to make them happy, comfortable, and very loved. We will treat them like family. ❤️ While I work from home, I have plenty of time to play and interact with your pups. They also get frequent potty breaks as I have a rule that if I go to the bathroom, they get a potty break too. We do have a pool in our backyard so I go out with the dogs while they are outside so I can monitor them behaviorally as well as near the water. We don’t always walk the dogs because we find they get a lot of activity in throughout the day on the two levels of our house and outside but if I notice a dog still needs more activity, I will take them on a walk. I have a fenced in yard with several different environments for them to play in. The fence is very secure and is also locked from the outside. In our house, we have wood floors throughout. We let our dogs on the furniture and beds. Everything in our house is very dog friendly. There are always my 11 dogs around to play with and occasionally other Rover friends. We watch all the dogs interactions and if there are any two that don’t like each other, we separate them between the upstairs and downstairs so there aren’t any threatening situations. All of my dogs are beta dogs and get along with everyone. I only accept unneutered males a year and under and only one at a time due to higher conflict issues. Occasionally I use an antibark device if the dogs have a very barky day or I have to jump on a zoom and need the house quiet. We love having dogs stay at our house and always look forward to their visits. Feel free to message me with any questions in your request. ♥️

Amy and Lucas took fantastic care of our Labrador Kodi. They welcomed him into the home as one of their own- letting him sleep in their room and enjoy their pool. We’d absolutely trust them to watch Kodi again and highly recommend using them!
Amy and Lucas were amazing with Ella! They helped me last minute when my originally planned sitter backed out. They loved on my girl and Ella got to play with several other dogs too. Ella came back happy as can be! Thank you!
My Nala girl had so much fun staying with Amy! She got to have lots of socialization and has definitely come home a lot more confident around other dogs. It was my first time leaving her with a pet sitter and I couldn’t be happier with my choice of sitter!
From the meet and greet to pick up, Amy was amazing. I received plenty of pictures and my pup had a great time with her dogs

Schedule
I work from home and am used to taking care of dogs in my daily routine as I have my own too. The dogs get a lot of attention from us and a lot of play with the other dogs.

Safety, trust & environment
The dogs have free reign of our house. We don’t crate them unless you request it for bedtime or we leave the house, which is rare. We try to match the routines you keep with your dog so they feel comfortable.

A typical day
I love to stimulate dogs both mentally and physically. We go on walks, change the environment from outside to inside, sometimes do training. With all of my dogs, your dog gets to be part of a “pack”. Many owners tell me their dog acts more doglike at my house than at home.
