Luong took wonderful care of CoCo and Bella while we were away celebrating our anniversary. Knowing our dogs were safe, happy, and well cared for gave us complete peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our trip. Would definitely rebooked. My first Rover experience with my 2 puppies. They had lots of fun and I was updated their whole stay with lots of pictures and useful advice. Happy to know my dogs were in a safe and fun nurturing home while we were away!

Chen had great communication and flexibility. She sent pictures and updates frequently and even provided him with homemade meals. I struggled getting my dog to leave he had such a good time with her family and pup. Will book again.

Penny was absolutely wonderful with my puppies, Bunny and Noelle. They soaked up every bit of the attention she gave them, and it was clear they felt safe, loved, and completely at ease in her care. I especially appreciated how consistently Penny kept me updated on their wellbeing — her messages were reassuring and thoughtful, and I never had to wonder how they were doing. When one of my puppies started feeling sick, Penny contacted me right away. We talked through what was happening, and she worked with me calmly and compassionately to figure out the best plan. Her quick communication and steady presence made a stressful moment so much easier. Because Penny works from home, Bunny and Noelle had constant companionship throughout their stay. They were never left alone, and that made all the difference. Knowing they had someone attentive and kind with them all day gave me tremendous peace of mind. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Penny is responsible, caring, and truly devoted to the animals she looks after. I’m so grateful for her.

Willow had a great time with Cheryl! Her and her husband doted on Willow and she came home and slept all day. Cheryl was great at sending photos and updates throughout our trip and we knew Willow was in good hands. Highly recommend booking with Cheryl!
