About: Ive cared for all different kinds of furry friends, big, small, young and elderly. Each one needed a little different and unique kind of love, but figuring out what make they happy and exhausted is my favorite part. From high energy breeds to cuddly couch potatoes, I enjoy spending time getting to know every single pet the best I can. I primarily work weekends, so I have lots of free time during to week to check on and play with youre doggos. I have limited availability on weekends, but can sometimes work visits in. I focus on making pets feel comfortable, safe and loved in their own environments. Each pet has a different routine, whether it's feeding, walking, play time, or taking medication it's important to stay consistent in order to help them feel relaxed. Sometimes dogs can play all day, it's important to take into consideration their health and well being, so even if they still want to keep playing they might need to take a little break sometimes.

About: I've been taking care of dog for as long as I can remember. I'm able to take care of/ watch dog from puppies to seniors. I've watched dog with and without disabilities, and I know how to administer medications from pills to shots. I also know how to preform cpr and the heimlich if needed. I currently have a part time job and work 4 to 5 days a week from 9am to 3:30-4. I always will try my best to work around my schedule to accommodate my clients needs. I'm very respectful of my clients homes, and I follow rules that they set of me. I like to keep my clients updated on what's going on with plenty of photos, and I always try to make sure the fur babies I'm watching have a good time.

Since my Australian Shepherds don’t have a flock of sheep to herd, I’m their "job" instead! When I’m at home, they’re my loyal little shadows. They’re surprisingly chill for Aussies, but I like to think it’s because I’m an awesome dog mom... and they’re technically working most of the day as my supervisors. They make sure everything runs smoothly by reminding me if I'm even a minute late with their meals, when it’s time for potty breaks, when to wake up my son, when it’s time to play—the list goes on! I offer caring and reliable dog sitting and walking services tailored to keep your pup happy, healthy, and engaged. As a proud owner of two Australian Shepherds, I understand the importance of attention, exercise, and companionship for dogs. Whether it's a stroll around the neighborhood, a quick potty break, or some fun playtime in a safe and nurturing environment, I’ll make sure your dog feels right at home while you’re away. I provide both in-home dog sitting, so your dog can remain in the comfort of their own space, as well as dog sitting at my home for longer care needs. My dogs are friendly and enjoy making new friends, so your pup will have plenty of companionship during their stay. While I do have a crate available if needed, please note that I do not have a fenced-in yard. My dogs love off-leash play, so if your dog needs to be kept on a leash outdoors, please provide clear care instructions to ensure their safety and comfort.

About: I have taken care of dogs for many years! I have taken care of my family’s dogs and my friend’s dogs before plenty of times. As of right now in my house hold I have 4 dogs and 2 cats. I adore animals! I love to play with them and walk them! I love watching dogs and I’d love to take care of yours! I love playing with dogs and walking them! I also love meeting different dogs! I would love to care for your animals! I would make sure your dog goes out every couple hours or whenever you need me to let the out. I would feed them, I would clean up there messes if they have any. I would walk them and play with the for you. I would also stay as long as you need me to at your house!

I am currently completing an externship for school, which takes place earlier in the day. I have open availability after 2pm on weekdays and flexible availability on weekends, making it easy to accommodate walks, drop-ins, and extended care as needed. I prioritize safety, comfort, and routine whether caring for pets in my home or a client’s home. I closely follow feeding schedules, leash guidelines, and any special instructions provided. About: I worked full time for a shelter and loved working with every animal there. Meeting them at their level so that their needs were completely fulfilled was my passion. Whether they were high or low energy, dim or bright, friendly or not, I thrived on figuring out what would make the the most adoptable and what would make them most comfortable in the harsh shelter environment. It was a difficult and demanding job at times especially when I needed to provide first aid or medication/therapy for ailing animals but I always enjoyed coming home knowing I did something that meant something to those parent-less pets. I also had the lovely opportunity to work the social media for the shelter and take photos and videos of each animal to best display their personalities to the wider public who wouldn't normally see them otherwise. I currently work part time with very flexible hours so I am frequently available to provide service to both my own pets and others. I find it very fulfilling to be able to make time for my own furry friends! Working in a shelter environment I often met many animals at their lowest when they were beyond scared and upset. I got exposure to many dogs and cats that were horribly unadapted to life around people and had personalities on either end of the spectrum. I am more than comfortable with animals that are more aggressive in both appearance and personality and was frequently tasked with retrieving abandoned or lost animals using the company van.

About: They call me that because once you start feeding squirrels, birds, stray cats, neighborhood dogs walking by, and maybe a raccoon & possum once or twice, like me, then you’ll start to befriend them. Soon after it’ll start to feel like animals are attracted to you (but it’s mostly because I give them food lol). I go by Janet and I love animals from feathery to furry. I have 4 birds, 7 cats and 1 turtle (all rescues). I know that with the proper care and instruction I can take care of any friend! New update from November 2025 - I’m back on Rover after a year-long hiatus and accepting new clients in the Chicago land area and northwest Indiana. 😊 My husband and I moved into a house with a spacious backyard in Lansing, Illinois. I’m open for arranging pick up and drop off as I do have a reliable transportation. Lastly, a meet and greet at my home would be ideal so your pup(s) can meet my husband, who will be there a majority of the time, and get a feel of where they will be staying. But rest assured I will be 100% responsible at all times for your pup(s) while under my care. I currently work from home. I set my own schedule, so I’m available to work whenever I am needed including mornings and weekends. Preferably daytime and Fri - Sat date night evening. I care for pets by making sure to thoroughly read care instructions and immediately contacting the owner by either call or txt if I have any questions. And most importantly by never letting them out of my sight!

About: My name is Sydney M. I am a sweet and loving 25 year old girl. Born and raised in Lafayette, Indiana. I have 2 dogs of my own, I have had dogs my whole life! I love them! Love going on walks and playing with animals. I adore cats and dogs, mainly little dogs because big dogs frighten me a little bit... if they are well trained and don’t tug on the leash while walking, they are okay!
