About: I’ve always loved animals and have experience caring for both dogs and cats in the past, including different sizes, breeds, and personalities. Through that experience, I’ve learned how important it is to be patient, attentive, and reliable when caring for pets. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, playtime, and making sure pets feel safe and cared for while their owners are away. I pay close attention to each pet’s individual needs, whether they’re energetic and playful or more calm and shy. My goal is to provide a positive, stress-free experience for both you and your pets. Pet care fits well into my current routine since I have a flexible schedule and am not working full-time. I’m generally available during weekdays for drop-in visits and can plan my day around scheduled bookings. I’m organized and able to accommodate morning, midday, or afternoon visits depending on client needs, with weekends available only by pre-approval. I make sure to stay consistent and reliable with any commitments I accept. I currently offer drop-in visits in clients’ homes for both dogs and cats, focusing on keeping pets comfortable in their usual routine. This includes feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, potty breaks, and playtime or companionship based on their needs. I’m patient and attentive to each pet’s personality and provide updates so you can feel confident while you’re away.
“I loved the several pictures and the last minute availability. Benji is my child in dog form and it felt safe and comfortable. She did not feel like a stranger and I’m very happy with the drop in service I got. Will 100% have her over again!”

“Annaliese is wonderful, and our dog Thor was so well cared for while we were away! She checked in frequently with pictures and I can’t thank her enough for taking good care of our dog, it made us feel so comfortable. We will definitely be using her services again in the future!!”

“Kate & Tim were wonderful with our 17 year old cat while we were away. They were able to work with his special meals and medications. They were very prompt with their twice daily visits and soon became friends with our timid cat. I would highly recommend them!”

About: I started taking care of livestock at age 9. I have been a volunteer with the Arizona Border Collie Rescue since 2022 ,I foster and transport. I have 3 Border Collies , 2 of them are rescues. One of my BC has epilepsy so I have 7 years experience with this disease. Senior dogs are my favorite but I love them all. My dogs are my world their needs always come first . I would love to meet you and your pet(s) , I can come play , take them for a walk, just drop in to give meds or meet any of their other needs. I also have a lifetime of livestock experience. I work part time and have reliable transportation , so I have plenty of flexibility. My epileptic dog gets her pills at 6am and 6 pm , all other times I’m available. First I would like to meet you and your pet(s) so we can get to know each other. I treat all animals just like my own. I can provide references from the rescue and neighbors if requested.
About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 5 years old. I still remember my first dog's name "Princess." I got a career as a foster parent and this make me so happy to help kittens and puppies to feed them and help them grow healthy. I'm currently a full-time employee, but I have plenty of time and energy to take care of your babies when they need a petsitter. I would love to help! I have a fenced yard with a little chicken farm. My yard is free of toxic products. It is very clean and has plenty of space for your babies to run and play if they need to stay.
“More than pleased! Unfortunately, I ended up with a small medical situation and needed them last minute. They were great to work with and very easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend! I will be keeping them in mind for future as well 10 million stars if I could.”

“Elizabeth is amazing and have so much patience. Thank you for providing us with her recommendation. We are very fortunate. Shedid everything in her power to accommodate and make the separation easier. She so full of understanding and was very concern about Maximus’ welfare If you need a sitter she is you person!”

“The cats seemed happier and less stressed this trip. Appreciated extra help with bringing in a package and garbage can without being asked. She sent pictures of all 3 kittys in some of their favorite but hard to find hiding places, even under our bed. Instead of leaving the keys under the front door mat where someone might find them before we got home, she messaged me she'll drop them off when we're home. I would highly recommend Kylee if you're looking for someone who gives the best pet care but who also cares about things not necessarily expected of her.”

“Dwayne was awesome. Dependable. Loved our kitties. Sent pictures and daily reports. Even noticed deliveries and brought them in the house. I had to add an additionalday, the day we left, and he went right over to our house. I hope he's available next time we need drop in visits.”

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Red Rock. On Rover:
- 100% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 100% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 100% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
