She had multiple puppy beds (which was good news since our dog likes to try out every soft surface) and Eileen welcomed Sydney to sleep in the bed with her (which is what she is used to and a MUST for me when looking for a Rover.) She sent tons of pictures of Sydney walking, playing, snuggling and was SO sweet and accommodating- even for a super late drop off. I can't recommend her enough!”
