“Michelle was great with our pup, Duke! Duke can be a handful and was recovering from surgery while Michelle was here. We thought he might be confused and anxious while we were out. But he took to Michelle right away and was responding to commands before we even walked out the door. Michelle sent us pictures of him calm and snoozing while we were out too. Michelle was on time, personable, and friendly. We plan to book again in the future!”

About: Hello! My name is Sam, and I’ve loved animals for as long as I’ve been able to walk and talk. I grew up surrounded by dogs and cats so caring for a wide range of animals has always been a natural part of my life. I’m currently earning my degree in Animal Science at the U of I, with plans to pursue either veterinary school or a career in animal conservation or animal control. I’ve wanted to join Rover ever since I was little and watched my aunt run a mini daycare out of her home. Since then, I’ve pet‑sat for neighbors, family friends, and anyone who needed an extra hand with their pets. This summer, I’m interning at the Vermillion County Animal Shelter to continue building hands‑on experience. I’ve also worked as a Cat Care Volunteer at the Champaign PetSmart, where I helped with daily care, cleaning, and socialization. I’m excited to bring my experience, reliability, and genuine love for animals to every pet I care for! I'm currently working a part-time internship so I have plenty of free time for your fur-babies on weekends (all day) and weekdays (before 11 and after 3)! I care for pets by following their normal routines, keeping their space clean, ensuring safety, and providing consistent attention, exercise, and monitoring so they stay comfortable and relaxed while their owners are away.
“2nd time checked on Elle for me! I can tell from Elle's facial expressions, that she has really warmed up to Misty in such a short time. Definitely see what she can do if you need someone to check on your furry kids!”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was around 5 years old. I have experience giving dogs pills, being consistent with training processes, and with senior dog care. I have also taken care of cats. I’m able to take care of dogs and cats in the mornings and evenings during the week and all day on weekends and holidays. I am a homebody so once I get done with work during the day, I am not leaving and play with my animals. I have a fenced in yard with a very friendly dog and cat. If needed, I have a room where I can separate my cat from other dogs to allow non-cat friendly dogs to stay. This room has his food, water, bed, toys, and litter box, while also being one I spend a large amount of time in so he is not lonely. My dog is fed once in the morning and is allowed to eat when he wants to and he runs outside in the backyard when he feels like it. I do adjust how often he gets fed and if he is free feeding when other animals are present. In clients' homes, I follow feeding and care instructions.
About: I have taken care of many dogs and cats over the years when family and friends are vacation. Tasks include feeding, playing, and going on walks or car rides. I am currently available Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm for drop off & pick up. weekends vary depending on pervious commitments so please ask if you need care on the weekends! I have a fenced in yard, a wonderful neighborhood for walking and playing fetch. I have a kitty and dog of my own that will join in on the fun! I can provide a kennel if needed.
About: I have more than two decades with dogs and cats, both owning, walking, basic training, blind and deaf. I have a poop removal service for years. Additionally, I have almost a decade of efficient skill sets with farm pets, pigs, cows, horses, fowl, etc. Currently want to be of service where needed. I am available for early morning walks or visits, play dates, park trips. Available to continue pursuing my goals. I have four years of military experience and a keen eye for my surroundings, knowing the city and surrounding areas well, a safe and efficient walk/visit/play time is always promised.
“I truly appreciated Katie to take care of my kitties when I was away. She loves my cats and my cats love her. They get along well at greet- meet section to understand my cats' habbits. I highly recommend Katie for taking care of your lovely pets when you are away. Thank you so much, Katie. Thank for the kitties' portraits in my kitchen. You are gifted and talented with arts and caring pets. Wish you all the best.”

“Taylor made me feel at ease while I was away from home and my pooch. She communicated every thing I needed to know about my little old lady during her visits. I will recommend Rover, and Taylor ! Thank you all !!”

About: I’ve worked as a veterinary nurse for 10 years and have worked with every size, age and energy level of dog and cat. I’m well versed in walking, bathing, potty training, and mind enrichment exercises, as well as multiple behavioral and medical conditions. I love caring for animals and have 2 cats and a dog, Siberian Husky, who needs a lot of activity and are spoiled daily. I know how to give medication, if needed, and how to deal with emergency situations. I can send pictures and videos daily to keep you updated. Your beloved furry family members will be well taken care of! I am available most days for the summer and can do morning, afternoon, and evening care. Let me know your pets daily routine they are used to, so I can stick as closely as possible to it to help them keep as much normalcy to their days as possible.
“Everything went wonderfully with Andrea! My kitty Lorenzo had the best time playing with her and telling her all of his stories. Andrea was respectful of my Henry's need for space and just a glance in his direction occasionally. Andrea was easy to communicate with and sent lots of pictures of my boys while I was away.”

About: I’ve owned and cared for dogs my entire life and have experience with a wide variety of breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. I’m especially comfortable with senior dogs and reactive dogs, and I understand the patience, consistency, and attentiveness they may need to feel safe and comfortable. I know every dog has their own personality and routine, and I always try to meet them where they are. Whether your dog loves long walks and playtime or prefers a calmer environment and extra reassurance, I’ll make sure they receive attentive, compassionate care. I’m reliable, communicative, and genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet and helping them feel relaxed while you’re away. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine because I have a flexible schedule and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I’m available throughout the week, including mornings, evenings, and weekend, which allows me to provide reliable and consistent care. Whether your pet needs regular walks, drop-in visits, or extra attention while you’re away, I’m happy to accommodate a variety of schedules and care needs. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, walks, medications, crate routines, exercise, and any behavioral or medical needs. I know pets are often most comfortable in their familiar environment, so I aim to provide calm, attentive care while respecting both the pet’s routine and the client’s home. Safety and communication are very important to me. I pay close attention during walks and interactions, especially with senior or reactive dogs, and I always keep owners updated with messages and photos so they know their pets are happy and well cared for.
