About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was young. There was once a time where I was taking care of 4 dogs at the same time in my household. I’m a lover to all furry and non furry friends, your doggo will be in safe hands. I’m currently working a part time (of 3 years in caregiving) and full time job, hoping to quit the full time job to focus more on work life balance instead of just work. Once I get more pets to sit I will be able to say goodbye to the full time job I’ll be able to spend more time with your pets! I’m very respectful of others and their property. I do ask a lot of questions when getting started just so I don’t cross any boundaries. I do like to help to clean up as well so if there’s a mess that was or wasn’t made by your furry friend I’ll clean it right up.

About: I’ve worked as a veterinary nurse for 10 years and have worked with every size, age and energy level of dog and cat. I’m well versed in walking, bathing, potty training, and mind enrichment exercises, as well as multiple behavioral and medical conditions. I love caring for animals and have 2 cats and a dog, Siberian Husky, who needs a lot of activity and are spoiled daily. I know how to give medication, if needed, and how to deal with emergency situations. I can send pictures and videos daily to keep you updated. Your beloved furry family members will be well taken care of! I am available most days for the summer and can do morning, afternoon, and evening care. About: I’ve taken care of my family’s cats and my own cats since I was old enough to help! I also raised 4 litters of kittens, and they all grew up to be happy, cuddly, and sociable! (Source: We kept a few of them 😁) I have also taken care of a senior cat that required medicated food at precise times of day. I’m currently a graduate student at UIUC, so outside of classes I am very flexible! I have excellent time management skills and can easily fit lots of social time in for your pets. Plus it’s easy to bring homework to hang out and pet sit, win win :) In my home I am very careful about hiding anything dangerous from sight. I have cats that love to chew on anything that fits in their mouth and I have gotten very good at creatively hiding cables from them. They get lots of cuddle time and sleep in my bed every night, which is the same love I bring to everyone’s cats!

I have owned a bunny, hamsters, cats and dogs. But I also have an affinity for birds and reptiles. I'm also mainly a homebody, so if your home or your pets need extra care or a lot of time, I'm fully available.

I have volunteered at 2 different animal shelters since I was 15 years old as well as fostered both cats and dogs. “Our Lucy is a pandemic dog who gets very sad when she is alone. Our Alexa notifies us of her mournful cries. However, with just 2 visits a day Rebecca divided her with enough engagement and affection that we never received even one notification over a 3 day period!! We are entering our older years and Lucy is a young dog. There are some rules that we have for her so that she does not become too exuberant for our aging bodies. Rebecca, listened to those closely when she met us and reinforced them for us, when she was here. That is very important to us for Lucy's overall training and for us being able to keep her for a long time. When we did the meet and greet with Rebecca, Lucy formed an attachment to her. We used Rebecca's name often during that visit. When I told Lucy that we were leaving for 3 days, her ears went down - when I told her Rebecca was coming to visit her ears perked up.”

I have also house sat my parents' dog on numerous occasions. Walking dogs of various sizes is no trouble for me, and I honestly just love animals in general.
