“This was our first time using James’s for our fur babies and both Winston and Bella just fell into a routine and made themselves right at home! He did a great job entertaining both of our dogs at the same time and loving them equally. They have different foods, and he was able to take care of each of them as they needed to be taken care of. Also, he mentioned that he would keep in touch and send pictures. He absolutely did a great job letting us know how our babies were doing even within a couple hours of dropping them off, and letting us see that they were getting the love and attention they needed. I highly recommend him, and we will use him again in the future!”

“Joanne was amazing with my 4 year old rescue dog Juniper. We have had her less than a year and we have never left a pet with anyone except family. This vacation we needed someone other than family to keep her for a week. Because she is a bit anxious and has a specific diet, I wanted someone with experience and a loving home to welcome her as their own for a week. Joanne fit the bill, sending me notes on her care, photos and videos of her interaction with other dogs. She went above and beyond caring for Juniper, giving her the love as well as the care and patience needed to get her out of her shell while staying with her.
