“There are not enough words to describe how amazing our experience was. First let me start by saying my initial dog sitter Canceled on us the day before our flight to Columbia. Due to safety reasons because of the hurricane. I contacted Angie and she immediately responded and we did a meet and greet right away. My dogs loved her and family instantly. She provided multiple daily updates and tons of photos which will be printing out. Lol Leaving your dogs with someone such last min is never easy but Angie surely made it very smooth! Our dogs came home happy to see us but I can see they are sad to have left. If you need a sitter who is response, caring, loving and will treat your dog as thier own then this is your person! “This was our first time using James’s for our fur babies and both Winston and Bella just fell into a routine and made themselves right at home! He did a great job entertaining both of our dogs at the same time and loving them equally. They have different foods, and he was able to take care of each of them as they needed to be taken care of. He absolutely did a great job letting us know how our babies were doing even within a couple hours of dropping them off, and letting us see that they were getting the love and attention they needed. I'm a helicopter dog owner, my dogs are spoiled rotten and I rarely let them out of my care unless my normal dog sitter of 10 years can watch them. “Since we have never left our puppy with anyone other than family members and our puppy can be pretty anxious and nervous, I was pretty nervous to leave him with a sitter, but when I met Megan, I knew Barry was in good hands. I knew right away that she had done this many times and my worries about Barry’s anxiety and him still partly using pee pads and anything else that could have happened, he was going to be taken care of and wouldn’t be an issue for Megan. She was always quick to respond from the beginning and gave updates throughout the day and was quick to respond when I asked how he was doing and sent pictures. When I picked up Barry, I met with Megan’s husband who was also very nice and knowledgeable! Would recommend and use again!”
