I'm a helicopter dog owner, my dogs are spoiled rotten and I rarely let them out of my care unless my normal dog sitter of 10 years can watch them. Due to her life changes, I found myself without a dog sitter and 2 days to find someone else so I took a shot on Rover and with Cherisse. We had a birth in the family we wanted to be at and knowing my three dogs were so well taken care of and comfortable with Cherisse helped us not stress about them and we were fully present with our family. About: When I was 12 a stray Tom adopted us. My mother and I would bandage him after his escapades. I have since then taken care of feral cats and helped get them spayed and neutered. I have also dropped in on the cats of my friends when they go out of town to give some human stimulation and make sure they have food and water.

Currently own 3 dogs, one is a 6 year old pit bull, the others are a 3 year old lab and a 6m old corgi. As your sitter you can expect your dog to play, run and be tuckered out by the time you come home. I also offer baths, nail trims and minor grooming. I am studyinging to get my ADT for dog training, I can offer some training in leash walking, manners and a few comands now but hope to expand that in the future. Weekends are always available unless my slots are full. With on demand potty breaks and play time your fur baby will have a ball here. Water is filled hourly or as needed and food is offered on the owner's schedule, 2am feedings for fluffy? Not a problem!

About: I have always had an admiration for animals no matter the type. But for some reason the love that you get in return from a dog is just indescribable. I know that it is always a weary feeling to leave your babies in the care of someone else. But it definitely helps to know that the person caring for your pet shares the same passion that you do. I never thought that I would own small dogs but I am actually glad that I do have two Chihuahuas now because I can take them almost anywhere! There has been an occasional weekend trip where I haven't been able to bring the pups along and it just didn't feel the same having to leave them behind. So if you have to leave them, leave them with someone who will care for them just as well as their own! I definitely prioritize my pets before any plans are made! No matter the time of day, week or year. They are my fur babies and anyone that knows me will agree! About: I've owned and cared for all types of dogs. I've walked and cared for large and small. I've experenced easy, well trained to the most challenging. I love them all. I'm retired, so I can easily work in walks, drop-ins, and sittings during my days. Most days I'm available after 10 A.M., but I'm flexible. I only do care at the pet parent's house, and I follow the guidelines the pet-parent sets because routines are important for consistency. I will always respect your home.
About: I grew up with animals my whole life. I know how to read body language, I have experience taking care of puppies and senior dogs! As well as cats. I know how to meditate them as well! About: I've always been surrounded by dogs (especially German Shepherds)! Between walking neighbors' dogs, pet sitting, and having my own, I have built experience in taking care of them. I have also worked at a Dog Daycare where I supervised groups of over 50 dogs. My dad was a K9 handler, so I grew up knowing how to train and care for dogs. I am also an undergrad student on the Pre-Veterinary track with lots of volunteer hours toward clinic work! I am currently working part-time, so I have lots of time to take your pets on long and fun walks! My schedule varies but will be quick to respond back regarding questions about dates and times. I'm a helicopter dog owner, my dogs are spoiled rotten and I rarely let them out of my care unless my normal dog sitter of 10 years can watch them.
