“Juliana and Celeb did a wonderful job at carrying for our two dogs. Our pups feel in love with Juliana. And she showed them so much love and attention while we were out of town. They didn’t even act like they missed us, hahaha. We will definitely be using them again. They took excellent care of our home and even made sure our plantings were watered in this record breaking heat. My husband and I felt so good while away knowing our babies were being cared for by two people who love dogs and are very good with them. Thank you both for being so awesome with Bandit and Boone.”

“Carly is fantastic! Carly took care of my 5 fur children (cats) while I was on vacation. She stayed overnights for 3 nights, played with my babies and administered 3 different meds for my senior boy. Carly sent me updates and photos throughout my vacation, and respond immediately to any questions I had. I am so impressed with how quickly my two shy cats warmed up to her. When I got home my cats were happy and the house was as clean as I left it. She even ran all the bowls through the dishwasher, refilled the litter pans and vacuumed to make sure I came home with no chores to do. I will be using Carly again for all my trips in the future.”

“Such a compassionate Petsitter that treats the animals like a pet nanny! The animals loved her. To boot, I had recently gotten an equine that had bloodwork come back the day before our trip which necessitated special treatment. She handled it like a pro and my girl took to her right away. Would highly recommend even at the peril of having her booked up when we might like to have her sit for us.”

“Louis was amazing with my fur babies! They were well cared for, comforted when upset by loud noises, and happy hanging out with him. Louis even worked his magic to get our shy sheltie to accept him right away!”

“Trishelle came last minute to housesit my senior dog and I was so thankful! It was so great to know that Ben was comfortable at home and happy and well taken care of. We will definitely be booking again!”

“Kate is the best (just ask my dogs)... she was communicative, friendly, asked all the right questions and the week went flawlessly. It was a huge relief to know she was with my pups while I was away. I highly recommend her.”

About: i walk my two dogs everyday, and they love it. i am my family’s go-to pet sitter when they go out of town because animals are my life!!! i work part-time at nights so i am looking for some extra money and a way to get me out of the house daily! i am flexible i shower my fur babies with love and make sure they get enough play time and enrichment everyday. they get spoiled and know they are very loved
“Ashton was great with our two dogs! They warmed up to him almost immediately and he was very thoughtful in their care. He was very responsive and prudent with being on time and keeping them on a schedule. Also left the house exactly how he found it which was a huge relief being able to come home to a clean house! Would absolutely recommend!”

“We cannot recommend Ronny highly enough! When another sitter backed out at the last minute, we reached out to Ronny on short notice. He responded promptly and was more than willing to come by for a meet and greet, which immediately put us at ease. From the moment he walked in the door, our cats were comfortable with him which is not always the case. Ronny took his time answering all of our questions and asked thoughtful questions of his own. Even though we admittedly have a very detailed list of instructions, he did an amazing job remembering all the little things and checking in regularly with messages and photos throughout his stay. It was clear that Ronny genuinely cared about making sure our cats were happy, comfortable, and well loved while we were away. He was also incredibly respectful of our home, leaving everything exactly as we left it. He even went above and beyond by offering to clear our driveway after an unexpected snowfall. If you’re looking for someone who truly goes the extra mile and treats your pets like their own, Ronny is absolutely the person to book!”

“This was the second time our sitter watched all five of our dogs, and once again she was absolutely amazing! Managing a crew with five very different personalities is no small task, but she handled each one with so much patience, confidence, and genuine love. I never worry when they’re with her — she sends great updates, pays attention to the little details, and treats them like they’re her own. All of our dogs adore her, even my shy ones who usually take a while to warm up. She keeps the house clean, communicates so well, and makes the whole process stress-free. It’s such a relief knowing we have someone we can trust completely. If you’re looking for someone reliable, caring, and truly gifted with animals, she’s the one. We’re so grateful to have her — we’ll definitely be booking her again”

About: I’ve raised puppies from birth to end of life, in apartments to farmlands, in every breed and we get each other, dogs and me 💜 I travel and can sit in your home, primarily between WA and PA, and to sunshine in winters. I work remote so can walk your dogs, farm-sit your ranch, and I’ve helped a baby goat abandoned by its mother. I can stop by to feed your cat if I’m available or take care of your exotic rescue birds in your home based aviary. I will feed your chickens and your snake - I will not feed your chickens to your snake. I know how to raise chicks and calm scared horses. We speak the same language. I rarely can sit in my own home due to travel so I need that information far in advance, but can dog walk and pet sit and stop by your house to go on trip to the dog park. I can travel to you with notice. I’m in PA, WA and AZ this year. Let’s connect and see what we can work out!
“Angie was amazing! My husband and I have had a few bad experiences with dog sitters. We couldn’t have been happier and more appreciative of Angie and everything she did for us! We got tons of pics of our babes and constant updates!”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs for most of my life, and have done some dogsitting and dog walking before. I’ll admit it’s been a bit since I had to focus on school work for my psych degree, but now that I have to wait till fall for grad school, I figured now is the time to help out some furry friends! I’m an animal lover at heart and am not only interested in, but willing to help with any accommodations! Our pets deserve the best after all! :) I only have classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays so I have plenty of time for any pet care. I tend to be more of a night owl so I can help cats when they’re more active at night. I tend to work best with detailed instructions. I don’t want to disturb any routine and want the animal to feel as comfortable as possible.
About: I have taken care of others fur children for 20+ years. I have several families that book a year out to ensure they get their spot. They know the love and care their pets receive. I am currently working full time from home. I am available before work, mid day and afternoons. I am available on weekends. Overnights are available in your home or mine. Pets are welcome to make themselves right at home. We love snuggles on the couch. I have a 5 year old English bulldog that will join in on the couch sitting. Lol! We have a unfenced 3 acre yard.
About: As a college student studying Zoology, animals and their care are more than a side hustle or a hobby: they’re my world. Apart from my academic coursework in animal care and welfare, I have more than eight years of personal care and volunteer experience with numerous animals, including but not limited to: cats, dogs, horses, rats and mice, hamsters, snakes, various types of lizards and amphibians, goats, chickens, sheep, cattle, and even invertebrates such as tarantulas and scorpions. Rest assured, I’ll never discriminate against your furry pal! I have experience giving oral medication, both liquid and pill, as well as insulin injections and subcutaneous fluids. I also have experience caring for elderly animals — like my 18 year old cat, Maya! I can provide feeding, brushing, hoof care, walking, exercise, medication, play time, turning out, litterbox cleaning and much more! I have a driver’s license and my own transportation, and my hours and pay are flexible. I am willing to drive 60-90 minutes depending on needs. As mentioned prior, I have extensive prior experience volunteering at various shelters, vets and farms assisting with animal care, as well as my own personal experience caring for a diverse array of pets. I am happy to gather recommendations from organizations I work with. While caring for your pet or pets, I will regularly keep in contact with you and update you with both text and photos (if desired), along with keeping a dedicated spreadsheet of feeding/watering/grooming times and overall health to guarantee your peace of mind. I am capable of providing pet care across a flexible schedule. I can provide early care from 6-9 AM in the morning and any time after 4:20 PM on weekdays, as well as 24 hour care on weekends and overnight stays if needed. I am able to care for pets in a wide variety of ways thanks to expensive experience. Walking, feeding, litter-box cleaning, playtime, as well as insulin/subcutaneous fluid injections are all possible. I can also administer medication orally. Daily checkups as well as overnight stays are both possible.
Railroad pet parents share their Rover experiences
Our pups love Juliana and Caleb. It is so nice knowing we can go out of town and they are so well taken care of. Yesterday, we came home from warm weather in South Carolina to snow in PA, and they were kind enough to shovel our sidewalks and driveway. That was an amazing surprise. They are the best!

Jillian was amazing! I was out of town with my wife in outer banks for the week. My dogs got sick while we were gone and my father in law was getting overwhelmed with all the clean up. I had to drive back from outer banks and help take care of things with him for a day and half. Got the dogs under control. Found Jillian on Rover and luckily she was free to take care of them so I can go back to my vacation. My dogs instantly fell in love with her and made them feel safe and loved. She kept us updated on their progress and how they were doing. We will be using Jillian again for future trips. Thank you again Jillian!
