For the past four years, I've been expanding my experience by caring for the dogs of family and friends. This has allowed me to care for a wide range of breeds and personalities, from playful puppies to calm senior dogs. I'm skilled in providing personalized care that meets the unique needs of each dog. Your dog's safety and comfort are my top priorities, and I treat every client's home with the same respect as my own. My approach to in-home care is built on a foundation of trust, clear communication, and a well-planned routine. Staying in a client's home allows your pet to stick to their normal routine, which helps reduce stress and anxiety. I make sure to create a calm and positive atmosphere by providing plenty of affection, playtime, and enrichment activities. Whether it's a game of fetch in the backyard, a cuddle session on the couch, or just a quiet evening together, I focus on giving your pet a happy and comfortable experience in their own space. I'll also send you regular updates and photos so you can see how well your pet is doing.

Carly did a wonderful job at taking care our fur baby for 10 days. She even took her on adventures and gave her a bath once everything was said and done. We came home to our house just as we left it.

Carly is fantastic! Carly took care of my 5 fur children (cats) while I was on vacation. She stayed overnights for 3 nights, played with my babies and administered 3 different meds for my senior boy. Carly sent me updates and photos throughout my vacation, and respond immediately to any questions I had. I am so impressed with how quickly my two shy cats warmed up to her. When I got home my cats were happy and the house was as clean as I left it. She even ran all the bowls through the dishwasher, refilled the litter pans and vacuumed to make sure I came home with no chores to do. I will be using Carly again for all my trips in the future.
This was our first time having someone that Ginger didn't know look after her. She did well and we felt confident leaving her with Carly. Carly was flexible, as we had to alter our plans slightly at the last minute, and we're grateful for that.

Schedule
work Monday through Friday, but I’m still able to provide attentive and reliable care for your dog. On weekdays, I’m away from home for approximately 8–8.5 hours during the workday, and I’m available before and after work for potty breaks, walks, playtime, and their normal routine. On weekends, I have more flexibility and can provide additional daytime companionship, walks, and playtime. I’m also available for overnight stays at your home, which allows your dog to stay comfortable in their familiar environment while maintaining their normal routine.

- To ensure the best possible care for your pet, I take the time to understand their unique needs and routines ahead of time. During our meet-and-greet, I'll ask for key information that helps me provide a safe, comfortable, and stress-free experience. What I Need to Know Routine: We'll discuss their daily schedule, including feeding times, walk schedules, and potty breaks. Behavior: It's important for me to know about their personality, including any fears, anxieties, or specific quirks. Do they have separation anxiety? Are they reactive to other dogs or people on walks? Health: I'll ask about any medical conditions, allergies, or medications they may need. I'll also confirm your vet's information and your preferred emergency contact. House Rules: To keep their routine consistent, I'll need to know where they are allowed to be in the house, if they are crated at night, and any other specific rules you have. This preparation allows me to step in with confidence and give your pet the seamless, loving care they deserve while you're away.
