“Janrose is seriously amazing! So patient and so so sweet with my cat Tri. She’s responsive, communicative, and accommodative. My flight home was delayed for two hours and Janrose kindly accommodated our late pickup. Not to mention throughout the process, she was so good with Tri, playing with her everyday and sent a ton of cute videos and pictures :)!
