I’m a NAPPS member and Pet First Aid/CPR certified, and I specialize in tailoring the day to your pet's needs. I am experienced with pets who need a little extra: medication schedules, seniors, and leash-reactivity. Before law, I completed the medical school academic curriculum and passed Boards, so health routines and precise dosing are second nature. I now work full time remotely and set my own hours, which means I’m punctual, responsive, and consistent. You’ll get clear communication and photo updates every visit. Safety is my baseline: I learn your pet’s cues and triggers, double-check doors, gear, and boundaries, and follow your instructions exactly. For boarding and daycare, I keep a calm, structured home environment with planned walks, potty breaks, and cozy rest spaces (crate available if preferred). What I Offer: • Dog Boarding (in my home) –structured environment; planned walks/potty breaks; comfy rest spaces (crate available; limited spots for safety; default window (flexible with notice): 8am drop-off, pickup no later than 8pm • Doggy Daycare (in my home) – daytime care with enrichment, walks, games and naps; great for socialization and easing separation anxiety; default window (flexible with notice): drop-off 8:00 AM, pickup by 5:30 PM preferred • Dog Walking – (limited radius) – available only within Crystal City/National Landing; pace matched to your pup; safety-first routes; exercise plus mental work (sniff breaks) • Cat Care – exceptional litter box care (scoop multiple times/day, sanitize/refresh per your routine); meticulous with food and meds; gentle with shy cats. Safety & Reliability: • Meet-and-greet to learn cues, routines, and any triggers • Clear instructions followed to the letter; I’ll ask when something’s unclear • Double-check doors, harness/ID, and boundaries every visit • Backup plan for emergencies; Pet First Aid/CPR certified Experience & Specialties: • Medication administration: pills, liquids, eye/ear drops; careful logs and timing • Age-specific care: high-energy dogs, playful pups, steady seniors, post-op monitoring • Handling & behavior: leash-reactivity (lunging/barking), shy/rescues Communication: You’ll receive timely updates with photos/videos and a quick summary (meals, meds, potty, energy level, anything notable). I keep you informed without flooding your phone—just the right amount of reassurance while you’re away. Scheduling: I keep a flexible calendar, work remote from home and set my own hours.
