“Sydney sent us lots of great pictures of our pup while we were out of town. She was super easy to work with and helped us out over a busy weekend. We’ll definitely be requesting her help again.”

“Alexandria takes great care of my two boys! She’s very punctual and communicative and sends tons of pictures. She visits daily for midday check ins while I’m at work. I can tell she’s spending good, quality time with my dogs, because they are still tired when I get home at the end of the day :-) I would highly recommend Alexandria as a pet sitter!”

“Erika did a wonderful job of caring for my dog and two cats while I was away. My dog, a rescue, has lots of anxiety, and he was unable to tolerate boarding at UVH. With Erika coming over a few times a day, he did so well and loved the affection she lavished on him — copious belly rubs, his favorite. And my oldest cat is a senior lady of 14 and the youngest is 11. Both were so well taken care of. I’m so grateful to Erika for her time and her attention to their needs and for her detailed updates and the many daily pictures. I recommend her without reservation, and I hope your experience will be as good as mine. Thank you, Erika!!”

“Jamie helped us out last minute with taking care of our three kitties. She did an amazing job and we will definitely be a repeat customer. Wonderful communication, followed all directions, wasn’t afraid to ask questions, and even made sure things stayed tidy. Thanks Jamie!!”

“Maddie was very polite, professional and kind! She is like a cat whisperer! She became fast friends with my Tramp, responds to every message fast, followed all of my instructions very well, and even fed my outdoor strays! I look forward to working with her again in the future!”

“Anyu really makes the effort to care for your furbabies as if they were her own. She is an excellent communicator and very thorough. I always come home to a very happy cat. We love her!”

“Melanie was AMAZING. Prior to the drop in visit, Melanie was able to come and meet my new puppy and my older dog and get to know them. Melanie then made it a point to check in with me consistently to ask about my dogs because she knew my puppy wasn't feeling so great. She cares so much, and loves the dogs like they're her own. Also, her knowledge of dogs is out of this world, she gave me great advice that has helped me a ton with my new puppy. I cannot recommend Melanie enough!! We will 100% be using Melanie again!!!!”

I will be using her in the future. I am very particular who I leave my babies with but I would not hesitate to recommend her highly to anyone.”

Queensborough pet parents share their Rover experiences
Sydney was an amazing sitter for Fiona! She kept me updated with photos throughout the stay, which gave me great peace of mind. Fiona was well cared for, fed on schedule, and taken outside to the backyard regularly for potty breaks and exercise. It was clear that Sydney was attentive, responsible, and genuinely cared about Fiona’s well-being. I would absolutely trust her to watch Fiona again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable pet sitter!
