About: We welcome animals in our home or we will go to yours! We have taken care of animals from llamas, alpacas, goats, sheep, pigs/piglets, horses, chickens, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, guinea hens, peacocks, ferrets, turtles and fish. Not much we couldn't handle. Our household is my husband and I, our 19 year old daughter, and my mother lives in our in-law suite. Someone is almost always home, great for anxious pups. I currently work part-time. Please message us with any times and dates needed! We have a fenced in yard. We welcome animals in our home, or we will go to yours! We have a cape cod style home. Our downstairs has a door that closes off our living room/dining room area to the kitchen/bathroom. We spend our time in the living room mainly when we are home. I have one LARGE crate, which I do like to use when we are not home per pups needs. Your pup will have a collar that says "BOARDING DOG" with my phone number and a GSP locater while here. We ask to know any of your pets quarks. Whether it be anxiety from being alone to food/toy/animal aggression. We do not have any other pets in the house and will not take more than one pet to sit for at a time (in-home) unless they are brothers and sisters! I work part-time. For the majority of your pups stay someone will be home and giving them full attention - tummy rubs and play throwing are in their future here. We have a fenced in yard, and 2 LARGE crates only used if needed/your dog uses them. We will give your fur baby extra love. Meet and greet requested before boarding. I am also a Fire Police & Firefighter for Quakertown's West End Fire Company.
About: Hello pet parents!! I am so beyond excited to meet your pups!! When I was younger, my family had a tiny-but-rambunctious puppy who could certainly be a hassle, so I have experience in working with and understanding highly energetic pups early on in my life! 6 years ago we got a Black Lab named Remington, and he is the love of my life, so I am on board with the dogs- being-treated-like-our own-kids (lol)! He is large and strong, so I know how to tame and connect with bigger dogs as well. We just got a new 6 month old puppy, and he’s currently teething and has to have eyes on him at all times, so I am familiar with that age group. I currently walk my neighbor’s two beautiful German Shepherds 2x weekly and I also house sit them overnight for days at a time when their parents go on trips for the past few years! I have experience with dogs who pull and even chase after cars! I have experience dogsitting for up to 3-4 dogs at a time. I am very flexible with when I am available for pet care! I am an aspiring musician working these self-employed jobs. Message me anytime; I respond quickly and can swing same day visits! Remi is more like a human than any dog I’ve met; his love for being snuggled matches mine perfectly! I’m all for giving endless cuddles, affirmations, and playtime! I often walk Remi first thing in the morning and at night, taking him outside and to fields/parks to get his energy out and allow him to fetch a ball or two! When walking my neighbor’s dogs, I am extremely aware and careful with where and when I walk them, prioritizing their safety and comfort especially on those hotter summer days. I always greet the dogs with love and excitement!

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for a total of 5 years. I volunteered at an animal shelter to take care of cats, and worked for a few months taking care of dogs. I have also dog sat for friends when they went away and didn't have any issues. I have 2 dogs, one I got in January 2022 (chapo) and the other (pablo) in March 2022. Mr. Chapo was a rescue from the spca and we have had Mr. Pablo since he was 3 months old. Chapo is an American staffordshire and is 7.5 years old and pablo is 3.5 years old. I want everyone to be aware that I work full time and can be available in the mornings Sunday-Wednesday’s. I am free all day every other Wednesday. I am available all day Thursday-Saturday. I am more than happy to dog sit overnight/in the morning before i go to work. I will work with you so we can make sure your little one (or big one) is cared for! I am available on most weekends. Holidays may differ depending on my schedule. I let Chapo out when I get home and let him roam around outside because he just sleeps most of the day. When I am not home he is inside. Pablo is in his crate when I am at work. He likes going outside but not a huge fan. I will care for your pet however you would like since its your fur baby!

About: Life long animal lover I've taken care of many different kinds of pets! I had a frog growing up, fish, cats, dogs, and I've helped pet sit numerous times for a friend for his goat, chickens, turtle, geese, turkeys, ducks, and dogs (puppies, adult dogs and a senior dog with medications who needed extra tlc). I also work here and there at a local horse farm feeding and cleaning stalls as well as turning 45+ horses out to pasture. I'm used to handling strong pulling animals (I like to think being able to handle an antsy 1200+ lb animal prepares me for most anything haha), and my own strong pulling dog so I'm well versed to handling eager dogs on walks. I've been able to administer medications to senior dogs, my own dog needed 5 different medicines for a few weeks during heartworm treatment and my cat currently is transitioning to a prescription urinary diet so I know a few tricks to getting medicine to them as well as doling out special meals. I'm currently switching to working 2 part time jobs 7 days a week to only working 1 of those jobs maybe 2-3 days a week so I'm looking to fill my time with taking care of your furry best friends and probably working more at the horse farm too. My schedule for work is made at least a month in advance and I don't work weekends since I work for a dental office so I have some free time to do this now. Looking to walk your dog, drop in on your cats/dogs while you're away and maybe open to short overnight stays in your home if I can arrange for my own doggie to be taken care of because he gets really lonely and upset if I'm not home at night, otherwise I'd have it on my profile that I was available for that too. I will follow your every instruction and request for taking care of your pet in your home, I can crate you dog and handle letting them out, making sure they don't get off leash or out of your fenced in yard and make sure your cat doesn't slip out the doorway when I come in. I have some sneaky pets myself sometimes and I feel I've become a master at outsmarting even the sneakiest pet. I'll make sure your pets have plenty of fresh water, the right amount of food, nothing is left out for them to get into or chew up, and cleaned litterboxes! I believe in treating your pet like my own and providing the utmost care and respect for both them and your home.
About: I been fostering and caring for kittens/cats for many years. I also have 4 cats of my own. I absolutely adore all animals and enjoy caring for them. I’m very open to being available on my lunch breaks during work, week nights and weekends. I try and be as flexible as possible when I can be. I will give them tons of attention and love - whatever is needed to make them happy and feel loved. I'm happy to follow any rules and instructions you give for them. I know how important it is to keep our fur babies loved and happy :)

“Don did an amazing job with our dog Piper! She isn’t a huge fan of strangers but even still, Don took the time to meet and get to know her. We will definitely use him again in the future.”

About: I've had many types off animals over the years and have them all. I have two awesome cats right now. I've had dogs from the smallest chihuahua up to large breeds like our current dog Marla who is a Rottweiler/Boxer/Pitbull mix. I've taken care of injuries and administered medication to animals as well. I'm currently working part time from home so I'll have plenty of time and flexibility to tend to your pets needs at different times throughout the day. I'm completely comfortable letting your dogs out in your yard based on your instructions. If they get walked, I'll be sure to keep them safely on their leash. I also have 2 cats of my own I tend to daily so cleaning up after them is not an issue.

Quakertown dog parents share their Rover experiences
Our first time on the Rover! Mike has been an incredible help this week walking Kai while I recover from a recent heart attack. He stepped in on such short notice and immediately put both Kai and me at ease. Kai absolutely lights up when he sees him, their walks are always fun, consistent, and full of care. I’m so grateful Mike could take us on last minute and give Kai the attention and exercise he needs while I focus on healing. Highly recommend!
